we had a great time, we stayed in room 326 it needs shelves or wardrobes for clothes, it needs a central light for reading as it has no windows, and the family of rats living in the front temple need to be removed.

Really nice place to stay, staff are fantastic
Staff are so helpful, breakfast for all taste buds,rooms comfortable, no audible outside noises

Stayed in room 326 it needs a central light, room was quite dark and hard to read unless directly under bathroom light, having visitedl friends room it also lacked sufficient central lighting.

Friendly staff from the moment we checked in! Always helpful. Good English skills! Good location close to shopping & restaurants. Easy access to taxi service out the front! Close walk to the beach. Room service was quick, food was okay, cocktails were great! Quick for tidying rooms in the morning & replacing new towels. Relaxing stay, would recommend to everyone!

The room was closed in , no windows and felt like a prison cell. Breakfast area was smoking zone and found it hard to eat with constant smoke in area.

I would not say Rivavi was exceptional for the price paid compared to other offerings. But it was perfectly adequate. You are about a km from the beach and another from the main clubs. Which suited me well as i didn't want to be too close to the clubs, bars and other noisy nightlife. The Hotel Breakfast Buffet is a mix of western and local dishes which i enjoyed. I think i went in low season which meant not too crowded and not too many families / kids. They have a pool in the central area (though not many used it). The rooms are nice and adequate sized ( i took the Silver class). Out of all the nights i stayed ( over 2 separate occasions) one night i did find my room was not adequately clean and maybe some small bugs (it was the one time however out of all nights i stayed). I did report it to staff but got no comment back apart from acknowledgement. The Wifi is free but largely accessible from the central areas. From the rooms the signal is not guaranteed.
I could stay again, however other nice hotels in the vicinity for the same price also.
