Big rooms, huge beds, good location, friendly feel.

A number of sales calls put through to room. Bathrooms a bit tired.

Overall it was a lovely experience. The room was big, most of the staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were good all except the fruit juice, which was poor. We had one problem however: During our first few days we recieved 3 unsolicited sales phone calls in our room. We complained to reception and were told that we must have given our name and room number to someone outside the hotel. Which we had not.

Restaurant Tip : Kafe Batan Waru, next to the Discovery centre was excellent for lunch or dinner.

location..cleanliness...great pools...beachfront

the fruit juice for brecky.. ( trivial )

we stayed at the santika for 8 nights..our room was delightful...the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble..the grounds and pool area a sanctuary...would highly reccommend...

Travel tip : a lovely beach walk to kuta and watching the sunset

huge rooms, good service

nothing wrong in the hotel

excellent hotel, it had huge rooms with balcony. no flies, good service and good food. the swimming pool was huge and nice. staff is also very helpful.
