Hotel was exquisite but the AC needs upgrade
ambiance is good, swimming pool and decor is very nice.

Hotel is very good. Food was excellent, and so was the choices.
Again, the air conditioning has to be upgraded. Better install individual units for the rooms. Cause even at full blast, it was not keeping with the heat outside.
Furnishing and beds was sufficient.
Travel tip:
The beaches was nice. But to be honest, I think Boracay or Palawan in the Philippines is better.

Great staff and nice gardens.
Sanur Beach far from busy Kuta and Denpansar

I choose this hotel more because my son have a interview in Bali International school, just walked distance from Hotel.
The hotel is more address to meetings and domestic tourism, showed by the restaurants menu, and other features. The gardens and swimming pool are gorgeous, also very close to Sanu beach.
The high-lights of my stay was the attention from the front desk people, drivers and concierges when my son got sick and have to transport to the hospital in the middle the night. They were fantastic, and help me a lot in this critical situation.
I have to say thank all.

This is the largest hotel I have stayed in in
Sanur. The only thing I didn't like was the surveillance, which I can understand in a place this size. They checked under each car and taxi.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The pool area was very appealing and the other facilities were ok too.

Quite nice room, but I got bit regret as they didnt consist at for room availibility on the check in process.
At the beginning the receptions said as there was a single bed room available, but when we enter the room we found that it was double bed in the room. Yes the 2 beds was then shared, but it anoyed from the beginning of the visit....

we stayed one night at the sanur paradise as we were planning to take the speed boat to gili islands the next day since we read the boats were operating from the sanur beach - which were very disappointing compared to other beaches in bali! the beach is almost muddy, brownish and water murky!
the hotel is a big old with a long swimming pool in a nice garden setting. staff were not very friendly and surprisingly not helpful especially at the dining.
Shopping Tip:
The small stalls on the beach front (5 minutes walk from hotel) has quite good selection of handicrafts and at very reasonable price compared to those in the Kuta or Legian area. There is also a travel agency just across the street from the hotel which is convenient to book the fast boats to Gili.

Clean, quiet hotel.
Quiet, no drunken Aussies drinking, swearing and throwing up around the pool.

Do a beach bike ride to the Beach Cafe for dinner. Great live entertainment and great meals.
