Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

staff a bit slow, pool closes at 6pm
the sativa is a lovely hotel with a beautiful pool area. a little but further away than we thought it was but a cab in to the main part of sanur is only about 6k. the service by the staff wasnt too great. they were very nice but just a really long wait at the bar. rooms were beautiful and opened out onto the pool area. shower a bit dodgy, not alot of hot water and shower head could use replacing. but it was cheap and comfortable and a great escape from the madness of kuta.
Travel tip : as you leave the hotel turn right at the main road, keep walking through the roundabout and after about 5 mins you will find massimo a really yummy wood fired pizza place. keep going and further towards town is a restaurant called apa kabar - great local and international food at really good prices. things are a bit more expensive than in kuta but all worth it.

warm, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and resort well cared for.
bathroom outdated and in need of a deeper clean.
We were greeted by name, made to feel special and valued as guests. The room was lovely and well maintained as was the pool area. Breakfast was delicious and the staff ready to help in any way. The only thing that let the resort down was the lack of atmosphere in the evenings, noone seemed to eat or drink at the resort, though this may be because of Ramadan.

Good value for money. If you want a pool and some sun why pay more? Anything you need is within walking distance.
Restaurant Tip : If you are an expat desperate for some western food the Irish/English pub nearby (Maybe called Cat and Fiddle) has great food and live music. Fantastic!
