good location, friendly staff

not a bad hotel bit old wifi did'nt work to well in rooms had to go in reception but was hot.the staff were also nice and friendly,with a good service and a smile,
down side to all rooms no fridge,and aircon needs updating also the breakfast was not much
to write home about 2 slices of warm bread and jam,tea and coffee were not up to much
best to make your own if you have a kettle in your room.
but all in all you get what you pay for...tuk tuk out side the hotel and will take you anywhere
but you will have to barter with them to get a good price.
i found it a bit hot in the bar as it is an open aired bar with just fans which got very hot. and the swimming pool was dated and looking tired.hired motorbike from tour desk in reception which was a good price for the week.

Great Location Bad rooms

Overall the hotel was a bad choice for couple.. The only thing I could accept was the location of the hotel.. a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel.. Room smells so bad..
Hotel needs more employees who is willing to serve their customer’s rather than working for the sack of money… They have a counter for tour.. Please do not take the service for them as it is much expensive than other tours.

this hotel was excellent, nice customer service, great food, nice rooms etc. you can expend a whole day inside if you want. (i was there in rainy days and i couldnt go outside) but it was nice to eat in the hotel, go around the legian location.. the bad point it just a little bit far away of the kuta central.

Staff not very helpful at all! Breakfast is a joke just 2 pieces of white toast. Rooms are pretty dismal. Been in Bali for one month and this place is way overpriced but conveniently close to beach and airport.

at the first time i came, no smile friendly staff. rainy seasons makes the road in front of the hotel floods, and no umbrella for guess. breakfast just tea/coffee and toast with milk + orange juice/mix fruits, that's what u get as what you pay in budget hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to he beach by feet, 5 minutes.
