i would recommend this hotel, but not this type of room. it was too hot to use fan at night. superior air conditioned room seems more preferable and comfortable. nice hotel, by the way.

Very close to airport,easy access to go around kuta,nice service and friendly staff,transport and tourism service available close to the Hotel, only air condition needs to be fix and furniture needs to be renew..in general was okay to staying there.

Worst hotel the smell was unbearable

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at , you get exactly what you pay for dirty smelly rooms ,mould all over the roof and bathroom was so dirty I went to public toilet all the back off the door falling off had to shut to door to keep some of the smell out .
Reception didn't nothing when asked to move stayed out all night so didn't have to go back there are other hotels much better just pay the extra ,never again even if they paid me .
Breakfast was undrinkable coffee every table left it as well thick smell dark coffee the rest much the same .
Hotel Feature Tip:
This is busy area and noisy but close to most shops better to hire scooter and go further out

the hotel is as expected for the price in kuta. not extremely clean, but good enough. the wifi didn't work in my top floor room. free breakfast and juice on arrival was nice.

good location in legian near Jalan Melasti

non A/C rooms very basic, hot and dark with light bulb
and small fan on ceiling and two beds, that's it.
part of hotel under construction, building new rooms, pretty cramped, it's noisy.
I guess, you get what you pay for.

the room was acceptable, nice pool view from the upper level room.
i would recommend the hotel to change the bed sheet and towel to a new one, the one in our room look very old and smell bad.
