Service with a smile
Many travellers staying for a little or long time. very friendly.

the standard rooms are small and very standard but what do you expect for such a small cost. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. i have absolutely no complaint with them at all. i did have a problem with bed bugs but the room was fumigated and i was moved to another room. i couldn't even complain about the cold showers as i got to really enjoy them. for the last few days i paid extra for a superior room and wow... it seemed so large, cool with a/c and a shower/bath. but i have no probs with recommending this hotel for great atmosphere, lovely people & staff.
Restaurant Tip:
Ahhhh Mama's german restaurant . Beautiful meats & sausages and big glasses of ice cold beer.

best location, poor service

unpleasant stay. the receptionist was ask me to 'wait for 5 minutes', in a way that i finally had to wait till over 30 minutes. i am wondering, do they learn about minutes and hour? hopefully they will learn, time is money, after all.
Shopping Tip:
legian street is the best!

nice hotel but its location in a narrow alley, friendly and good officers, good hotel for low price
Nightlife Tip:
Hotel location is close to night life in bali, you just need a little walk to find nightlife

Older hotel but undergoing facelift

*bit difficult for taxis to get to but not impossible (located down skinny laneway)
*room we stayed in was old, TV too small for room, no screens on windows to stop mosquitoes (I was bitten severely even though the area had been sprayed the afternoon before)
*cheap for location, but other cheap hotels nearby
Nightlife Tip:
Rub or spray heaps of insect repellant.

The room is big, but the fan is slow and dirty, without hot shower. The room not very clean, dust was around. The seriously disturbing matters were many mosquitoes during night time and we can heard the noises outside (bad sound insulation).
Because of the flight departed on 6'o clock and we need to check out at 3.30am, if not, we won't choose this cheaper fan room.

nice location, with pretty old furnitures
close to the beach & shopping area

the location is close to kuta beach, just within walking distances to the shopping area in legian. if you just want a short stay in kuta, transiting to other part of bali, this could be one of the option for your stay, the price is really afforable, but all the amenities & furnitures really old.

I think this hotel must improve their staff performance and cleanliness if they want to gain visitor. The location near beach and art market is the selling point that they must be aware. We're there when the hotel is in the progress of renovation that rather makes us feel unconvenience but it's ok.

Great location basic facilities at a budget price

Very run down rooms with rusty bathroom doors, but strong hard mattress which suit me fine. Nice and helpful staff with good value for money food. Treat it as a no star hotel and your expectations will not crash. Very good location for beach food shopping etc etc

Beach is lovely
