We stayed here because we wanted a nice stay before flying out. We were thrilled to stay in a lovely, beautiful large room which we never wanted to leave. Great room service and loads of big pillows.

I have stayed whilst in Bali for a long time. The staffs were very friendly and responsive to all your needs. The rooms were clean and the check-in hussle free. We got an upgrade to a bigger size room and enjoyed that experience thoroughly.

The room and grounds it self are nice however I found a few issues: on arrival (afternoon) no-one was present, I was expected to deal with the bags myself and kept waiting a good 10 minutes in reception. The bath didn't work and I saw several cockroaches during my stay. Those issues aside the spa is lovely, the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Very nice place to stay. The adjoining bar (The Deck) has superb food and a great variety of sports on the TV. Would recommend.
