SILQ Kerobokan Hotel, Bali

I stayed at the SILQ Kerobokan this October, the location of the hotel is not good- no one has heard of this hotel. Anyway, I loved the room design, private outdoor pool and jacuzzi, raining shower, the room design is very impressive. However the maintenance of the room is not good, the jacuzzi pool is not clean, very slippery. While the TV is running, some channels disappear. The service is still fine for me, I checked in the hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, I even asked the hotel to arrange a birthday cake for us. However, the hotel seem forget about it and never greeted my girlfriend, for the birthday cake, they even charged to my account. The service was slow, the staff there told me the reason is they only have two buggies available at the hotel. Overall, I think the hotel is just ok for me.
