clean and cool room with small refrigerator.dark,the lamp is not bright enought,maybe they want to reduce electricity but the closet sometimes running all night, so i think it's waste more.the buffet is worse,not good and have one variation a day.
quiet far from the beach.

Polite and helpful staff.I requested for extra pillow,hair drier,kettle,mosquito spray and was send to my room immediately.internet is free and fast.
Getting food is a little bit problem no restaurant nearby.If u r not choosing about food 200 meter left of the hotel there are 3 stalls along the road selling local food which is nice and cheap.
Shopping Tip:
Krisna selling local handicraft about 10 minutes by taxi

Clean and tidy but with noisy neighbourhood

I was there to spend 1 night so for me it was good enough. Room was clean, tidy and bathroom was good. Neighbourhood was very noisy as the hotel is right by a very busy street. Remember to ask for a room at the back of the hotel!! Service was ok and free internet in the lobby. For business it should be ok. Couple looking for romance should go elsehwere

though small, the superior rooms can accommodate one twin bed plus a single mattress (at a fee) for 3 persons. hotel interior and rooms are clean, staffs are very friendly. hair-dryer and power adaptor can be borrowed at no charge. breakfast is of simple asian buffet.
Shopping Tip:
There are some local banks nearby but none offer forex facility. Giant supermarket is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Next to the hotel is a shop that sells beads (brass, silver, etc), earrings, chains, etc.

below average ordinary hotel,caters for muslim
bunch off con artists superior room is standard you have to pay a fortune to upgrade

cost me double what i originally payed for so called superior room to upgrade to a deluxe room which still had no closet or draws or anywhere to put clothes,they never replaced toilet paper till roll was finished,never replaced hand soap till that was all gone,shampoo was gone on second day and was never replaced,no outside access to balconytion,no balcony on any rooms and no windows that open.the guests were noisy muslims come home 2 and 3 am appear drunk noisy loud yelling and door slamming,told reception and security several times and nothing done.kids allowed to run screeming around hallways from 6 am till midnite
Travel tip:
being a muslim hotel no alcohol,and resteraunt food pretty ordinary fair.not near to anywhere for good food or night life
no footpath in this busy bypass road and not many taxis around
caught at least 30 ntaxis in 16 days and not 1 new where hotel was or even heard of spazzio

New hotel on dewi street, but the location was far enough by walking to the beach, but if u want go to legian street, just walking around in 20 min to get there, tiny swiming pool, but the price was cheap
Nightlife Tip:
For a night life of the location of the hotel is not very joyfull, cause the hotel is at the main business road that not much provide a night life situation

the entrance of the hotel is not that great but i'm quite surprised to see the room. the room is spacious and clean. the location is quite far from the beach, and not recommended to walk to the beach but there are convenient store and restaurant nearby.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a Padang Restaurant just across the hotel. Do not go there, as they are very expensive. They charged me an insane price, even though I'm a local
