The rooms were clean and nice. Western style bathrooms. Great breakfast and free tea and snacks in the afternoon. Infinity pool and gorgeous hotel grounds -- has a real wow factor. And the staff are very professional, friendly, and sweet.

Lovely complex in good location

very comfortable room, including the bed. all amenities you'd expect in this price range and very helpful staff who picked me up from where i was staying nearby without a problem. room service menu could do with an overall and there were communication problems when trying to order - so much so that i gave up and went to warung mendez a few doors up (which was great) - but otherwise all the staff were very friendly.

Great staff, very nice and helpful, room was good, restaurant food was ok - pool a bit nice but never crowded, location was good, about 30mn walk from center of Ubud. Quiet environment. Use the driver recommended by the hotel for at least one day - go see the terrace, the Batur volcano (don't do the Batur temple it's meh), eat local as it's great. don't drink water from tap.

Small cozy hotel for peaceful stay

The hotel is small and cozy with big bed. Overall the stay was good with good service from the staff. Only setback was the aircon wasn't cold enough, very stuffy especially when we are out the whole day & it takes time to cool down the room.

we traveled in a group of 3 with an extra bed in our suite room. best part was the big bathroom as we gals can use the toilet at the same time! one side was the big bathtub with shower, & the other side the w/c. in the middle was the mirror & face washing area. they position the showering area whereby in the morning, you can feel the sunlight on your skin, as if you are showing naked outdoor!
only cons was the air con wasn't cold enough & the electricity tripped four times during our stay.
but the breakfast was great & the staff were very friendly.

the room is big and comfy! nice bed sheet with lovely towel decorations on the bed. fridge, tv, and a place to put your luggage. each room also have a complimentary balcony with romantic pool view! the hotel assistants are also very friendly, they have 24hour people available at reception counter. overall, really satisfied with the 2-days stay in this place as compared to other hotels that we booked. definitely recommend for romantic getaways!!
