I booked for 5 nights and stayed 2. The room was large and nicely decorated. Unfortunately the airconditioning unit was inadequate and failed to cool the room. The bathroom was very large but again was unable to be cooled, was poorly ventilated and smelled strongly of sewage. There was construction going on in the middle of the cottages, so was very noisy. The pool was smaller than it looked in the photos. Not as close to the main street as described, no shuttle. Think you can get better vaue for your money elsewhere.

the hotel is clean, new and just renovated. if you staying in hotel during day time, you might be affected as there is construction going on.
one thing that i unsatisfied is the way they serving breakfast. my friends and i were quite messed with the ordering way with choices on the menu. i would suggest them to go for buffet!

Check in was quick, staff are friendly and attentive. Room is spacious and clean. We were lucky to get a cottage away from the renovation so it wasn't noisy at all. The bathroom is open air which is nice during the day but don't be surprised if many insects start crawling around or flying in at night.
The hotel is about 15 mins walk away from town.
Travel tip:
do not turn on the bathroom lights, to avoid attracting insects

Lovely hotel- very accomodating

We stayed just one night at Sri Ratih, but were pleasantly surprised. The rooms could use a little work cosmetically, but were very clean and the grounds/pool were very well kept. They let us check in early and arranged a ride to the airport the next morning, complete with breakfast box because we had to leave before breakfast was served. All in all, a very pleasant experiencce!

This is a small and old hotel which has a nice garden and swimming pool. Most of staffs are very kind and helpful. But this hotel is a little far from the central market, about 15 mins walking distance and the room needs to be refurnished.

It was a pleasant stay at the Sri Ratih cottages. The location and price was reasonable. Personally though I think it was a bit overpriced for what it was. I actually checked out and booked the hotel which was cheaper and nicer across the road. One of the walls of the room we booked was moldy. I loved the garden area.
Restaurant Tip:
My favorite place for organic green juices and raw food is Alchemy which is just up the road.
