Common nothing special
What you see on the website is not what you get!

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our stay. Room quite run down. Need a major touch up! There is ants everywhere in the rooms. Horrible! Breakfast lousy! We booked for massage, nothing fastastic!
From the website it look great but actually not even above average standard of what you seen.

Good accommondation; but bad shuttle service

Nice facilities e.g. Spa, Swimming pools, restaurant. Good bay view. Been upgraded to suite. Awesome accommodation.
However, hotel provides no shuttle to airport, but has a shuttle to some spots of Nusa Dua and Kuta area. And it is on schedule. Hotel is located on the hill and it is around 2 km uphill from the main street. It is beyond walking distance to anywhere. The choice of transport there would be taxi. Internet service is provided with charges (5 USD/day), but its speed is quite slow. However, other services are pretty good.
Shopping Tip:
Should try go shopping @Kuta area. Hotel provides shuttle there.

i booked 3 rooms for my family. the hotel quite empty so my family look scare with this "empty" hotel. the furniture look old. no warm atmoshpere. i wouldnt stay here again. but its great to have dinner or breakfast at sky restaurant, so i could saw great
landscape here. the pool also great.

this is a really nice place to stay. quiet. the night and day is always windy as it is up on the hill, be warn to purchase any neccesities before heading back to the hotel. there will not be any convenient store near by the hotel. only just a small restaurant for breakfast and dinner

The suite had wonderful view, hotel had small pool in roof looklike mini marinabay-sands singapura. The problem only the lock in main door and terrace. They had 1 main door for 2type room . One suite,another deluxe. The lock is manual,and the door had broken so house keeping didn't lock perfectly, its shocking us after midnight we back to room, our door open,and the had another guest ib behind my room. So unsafe, but the service is good, they want responsible if we had lost things. So far is good place and room

Beware of the poor service in the breakfast room

Overall hotel seems rather old furnished appears from several furnitures, however the cleaness of the hotel is acceptable.
We were impressed on our first time check in to this hotel, the receiptionist was nice, smart and kind enough to offer us to upgrade one of our room to get a connecting area. However when the next morning we took our breakfast, we experienced poor service quality. The staffs seems did not pay too much attention to their guests and keep asking us to pay for additional breakfast which we did not took.
We also experience leaking in two of air conditioning in our bedroom.
I thought that Swiss-Belhotel is one of the name we can rely on for our pleasant stay. Unfortunately, we prefer not to stay at this hotel for our next visit to Bali.
