Although the location is a bit remote, the hotel has cheap and prentiful taxis to get to kuta and beyond-the pool is amazing as is the serive, Room service when ordered was prompt and good value. Staff were so keen to please and we re so polite. Deifnately recommend the suites over the rooms though! view over the bay is to die for

The View Is Wonderfull and Its Very Good Looking Hotel especially the swimming pool
Same Kind Breakfast Every Day, Not Buffet Breakfast, Just 2 Terapist in the spa facilities, no free wifi
Hotel is good looking,room facilities is wonderfull and the price is more cheap.the swimming pool is good too and the view is wonderfull but they breakfast is not good,not free wifi internet and they just have one key for one room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The view is very good for a couple

The staff were wonderful. Great swiming pool. Location on the the of a hill was very cool. Delightful breezes. Great view from the rooftop restaurant. The daily free shuttle bus was very good.
No refrigerator in the room. Room was very small. About 3.5m X 3.5m. No window. The balcony had 3 conditioner compressors and could not be accessed. Breakfast was very ordinary. Hotel is very run down. The Kabana Bar CD player was broken down. HOTEL IS VERY RUN DOWN. We had to listen to the local FM radio station.
This si not a 4 stars hotel. Closer to 2.5 stars. The staff were wonderful and made my stay comfortable. I was very disappointed that there was no fridge in my room. The cost of hotel taxi to and from the airport was expensive. It would be better to use an independent taxi. Value for money for the hotel was average. A working CD player would cost about US$80 and provide entertainment at the Kabana Bar. The room was clean but need paining and refurbishment. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff did a great job to keep this old and tired hotel running smoothly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use the free shuttle bus to get you into Kuta and the beach.
