Gorgeous villa and lovely staff

really enjoyed our stay here. villa was private and set amongst lush greenery. staff were very attentive and very polite.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The resort offers a free shuttle bus into town (10 mins). We used it quite a few times and only had to wait five minutes to get a ride into town. Runs till 10 pm.

Tepi Sawah Villas & SPA Hotel is a nice place to stay, especially those villas at 2nd floor, the balcony are facing the green field, which is quite a nice view & nature.
Although the breakfast was not serve with buffet, but we can have a few choice to choose from the ala carte.
Nightlife Tip:
Ubud is a quiet & relax place, not much nightlife, all the bars are close between 2200-2300hrs.

balinese owned property with indonesian influences. very beautiful and well maintained. away from the bustle of ubud but close enough to all the sights. good restaurant with excellent indonesian and western food. all staff members were wonderfully gracious and eager to please.spa treatments were great.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Bridges in Ubud for up-scale dining. Lotus Cafe, Paon,Terrazzo,Casa Luna, all really good. Ary's Warung and Luna Bar great for drinks.

Private and nice view

we stayed at this hotel 2 nights. the staffs were nice and help us a lot. the room was not bad and privacy. they provided transportation to ubud market (free of charge). the hotel location was not far from market. this hotel had big rice field view. we just sat and enjoyed the view. it was really cozy for our great vacation at ubud.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The stay was great, beautiful hotel. Only problem was neither agoda.com nor the hotel informed us that to secure an airport transfer service required me to email the hotel instead of just requesting it on agoda.com. We arrived in Bali, unable to find the airport transfer service. Called the hotel only to find that they do not honor requests to have an airport transfer via agoda.com because of previous guests that have refused to pay the transfer costs u[on arriving at the hotel. We had to take a taxi in the end because it would have taken the transfer service one hour and thirty minutes to arrive. I hope that agoda and the hotel will sort this out because taking a taxi from the airport may cause travelers to be severely ripped off and the feeling of being cheated off the airport transfer is not very nice.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Double check with the hotel via e-mail about airport transfer if you require more. It may cost more than taking a taxi (if the taxi driver is giving an honest quote but it is usually not the case) but at least it will give you a peace of mind, a more comfortable ride, and reduces the risk of being severely ripped off.

Nice and peacefull hotel at Ubud

When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the garden and the pool are so beautiful and well maintained. We stayed in Taman Villa 201 which we found to be spacious and clean with a pretty balcony overlooking the pool. The restaurant provides good value meals. The hotel staffs are very attentive and friendly. Shuttle bus to and from Ubud center was excellent. Breakfast was very good, we love the banana pancakes very much! We felt in love with Bebek Tepi Sawah Restaurant & Villas. We will be back for another stay soon.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the various warung and cafeteria in Ubud center.

this place was exceptional: all of the staff were helpful and very friendly as well as courteous. the rooms were large and very comfortable. they were also clean and maintained to a high standard on a regular basis.
the environment in which the units were located was well maintained and a delight to be in. this helped to make it a most relaxing place in which to stay. excellent.

Lots of character in a quiet oasis

tepi sawah means "next to the rice paddie" and it certainly was. there's even a rice paddie inside the hotel grounds! the rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was great. breakfast was included every morning and tasty, the pool is very nicely decorated and i enjoyed a quiet morning swim. the art museum was amazing and the restaurant serving crispy duck is a must try. the only thing is the location. but it didn't matter to us as we had a driver every day :)
also even though they say there's wifi in the rooms, it doesn't work. only works in the common area!

The duck at the Tepi Sawah restaurant is great.

We stayed in Taman Villa for four days. It was a big room and near the pool which was good for us. The room was clean as well with such nice and romantic atmosphere. The breakfast was also good with a variety as well. The only negative is that there where cockroaches in our room during the night. You also need to bring insect repellant lotion as there are mosquitoes at night although the staff puts some electric repellants as well. Just close your door and windows during late afternoon to avoid this. The free shuttle service to Ubud center was also a big plus!
Restaurant Tip:
The Bebek Restaurant at the front of the hotel serves delicious Balinese cuisines- try their crispy (bebek) duck and you will surely enjoy it.
