Great location but small rooms, very clean.
the buffet breakfast as you had so much choice, plus your omelettes/scrambled eggs with prepared by the chefs as you waited and very quickly - great

we enjoyed our stay at The 101 Legian. On the day we arrived we initially were put in the basement rooms. The rooms had a musty smell and we asked to me placed upstairs. This was done promptly and efficiently and with a smile. We also enjoyed the roof top swimming pool, lovely bar staff and friendly. would recommend this hotel for both location and price.
Restaurant Tip:
The 101 Legian was within walking distance of many great restaurants.

The Legian 101 was easy to find and in a good shopping area , food was a good standard and
the in house starbucks coffee was excellant although a little expensive at Rp. 40- 50,000 per cup.

the rooftop pool was amazing, we love to hang out there. It was clean, had great views and in walking distance to everything. The rooms a kind of small, but did not bother me. I, however, would not recommend this hotel to older travellers or large families

the walls between rooms are so thin you can hear the guests in the next rooms every move, including when their on the toilet.
the rooms are so tiny with no balconies leaves a very claustrophobic feeling. As friendly as the staff are, they are very disorganised, this could be because the hotel is new. Not alot to choose from for breakfast and would recommend NOT to eat at the hotel as the food is terrible- be careful if you are allergic to seafood as they lable some meals as being chicken or pork when in fact its fish.
I travel to bali around twice a year and even though the hotel is new, clean and great location I wont stay there again.. Showers also take ten mins to finally get hot water
Restaurant Tip:
Mozzzarellas is great located on JL Padma beautiful food and great friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there were no insects. There was a breakfast buffet with a lot of different food. We liked the breakfast buffet! The coffee was not so good but standard Balicoffee. The computers in the lobby were very slow. The rooftop pool was nice. The hotel is located on the mainstreet, but there was no noise from the street.

i've stayed at this hotel many times. the staff are truly outstanding. the location is very good if being on jalan legian is important. access to the beach can be via poppies or jl benasari. it also worth taking a walk to the small roads behind where the real shopping starts with local prices rather than tourist prices. the rooms are compact but good enough. the wireless internet works well enough but do not expect to do any skype with it. the rooftop terrace is great for the morning breakfast with 360 degree views and a sea breeze most times during the year.
