Great hotel in a fantastic location

This was the 5th time I have stayed at Legian 101. It is in a fantastic location central to everything. The stall are amazing and very honest. I left a very expensive gold chain in a katana by the pool. It was found and returned by a member of the pool staff. The rooms are a little on the small size especially the bathroom but they are very clean and being a non smoking hotel the rooms always smell nice and fresh. The pool area is lovely, nice friendly staff,great snacks and excellent sundowners entertainment. I will definately come back to Legian 101

Not good;
1. Staff should improve their English language skill.
2. Front-desk staff should improve by greeting the guests walking in at the lobby.
3. Lifts requires ventilation, it was like sauna !
4. Choice of breakfast was very limited, especially the continental choices.
5. The bed room & bath room was narrow.
6. Not a noise proof room.
7. Shower gel & shampoo have unpleasant smell.
8. Shower water drainage stinks.
9. The hotel music heard at the corridor speakers was pleasant but it was remain loud pass midnight.
Good;
1. Convenient location.
2. Good choice of TV channels.
3. Free wi-fi with consistent connection.
4. Good level of security.
5. Hot shower and water pressure were consistent.
6. Best place for party animal.

Ok for position. Clean and swimming pool area great. Seems to be a young vibe and central for the nightlife revellers. Right smack in the middle of Legian so loved the fact you were close to great shopping

It was memorable for the fact it is close to the airport, has modern hotel layouts, friendly staffs, many place to chill out, and located near to shops, clubs, and the beach. The only flaw is that the bed in the room was rather old. It had squeaky sound and my girlfriend had a bad encounter during one of the nights. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Stylish & chic hotel in a good location, lots of restaurants and cafes, plenty of shopping and starbucks just under the hotel. Room is clean and wifi connection is strong. Fast & friendly staff.

modern design, space adequate for 2 persons only, comfortable beds & lots of pillows!

while this is a fairly new hotel, the linens and towels show signs of being overused and not properly cleaned since some have grayish stains. the management should invest in proper cleaning agents for the linens that can remove stubborn stains. the shampoo and body wash smell awful and should be replaced immediately!
