Great Location, clean room, good service and central to shopping and dining

This hotel is right in the middle of entertainment, dining, shopping and spas. The room is quiet small but good enough for a good comfortable sleep. Room is smoke free and you will have to sign a form to ensure you don't smoke otherwise a penalty of $100 is payable.

The first good impression you will get as you enter the hotel is the security checkpoint, bags screen and searched. The staff who helped us checked in is a Japanese lady, just worked 4 months there. She is very friendly and ever ready to assist me. Access to the room corridor and elevator requires your keycard, another safety features. Breakfast is at rooftop, simple for enough for breakfast as you wanna try outside dining. Plenty of shops around, spas, live band pubs and money changers.

It was ok nothing special the slamming of the room doors at all hours even when the staff where cleaning they would slam the doors irritated me soo much food was average need more vegetarian options.

The Best in Kuta
Centerally located in the busiest street in Kuta, Clean and nice, loove the design

It was definitely one of the best hotel we have stayed in Kuta, Bali. The service and attentive staffs are the plus points for me to recommend to my friends, despite the perfectlly situation location in the heart of Kuta, the main attraction of Bali.

overall, this hotel is good for staying, it's near to all nightlife activity within 10 minutes walking distance. the security of the hotel is quite good, you need to swipe your room card to get in the hotel room area. the only complaint is the bath room size. too small.
