The good value of this hotel / apartment is the space . It can fit 4 - 6 people in it.
However, they not maintain the place. The room was not clean, the bathroom too. They don't have telephone to contact recepsionist or house keeping, we have to go down the stairs because the elevator was not working, just to ask them to fix the water.
The towel was so dirty to be use, and the sheet too
Shopping Tip:
if somebody wants to go with a large number of people , this is one of the good place

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment..
Good location, two bed apartment room was a good size.

I can see why this hotel gets a 2.5 star rating but it was still fairly comfortable for budget travelers and if you need an extra room for the kids. We had two double beds and I had to barricade my 3 yro son in with pillows so he wouldn't fall out.. may be best to bring a portacot if you have small kids?
Cleanliness was pretty good in the room, although minor amount of mould around bath, drinking glasses weren't overly clean when we arrived. Gas cooker did not work (not that we needed it). Shower head not the best (sometimes slipped down), no shower curtain, hot water sometimes went warm/tepid during shower. Beds did not have top sheet, only fitted sheet and blanket, however they seemed clean.
View out bedroom windows was some kind of empty lot/dumping ground.
Breakfast was not great, I guess the thing that turned me off most was that the plates/glasses were not cleaned properly. They offered toast, two kinds of fruit, two kinds of cereal and an omelette made to order plus Indonesian breakfast (noodles/rice etc).
Pool looked clean, however I noticed a couple of broken tiles around, grass was not looked after properly, not many people seemed to use the pool.
The good thing about it was its location on Legian Street. I think we paid $80 AUD a night for the two bedroom apartment (they told me they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite due to the apartments being renovated - a larger space they said), unsure if i'd be willing to go there again without researching other hotels first. When I did look it was the cheapest two bedroom place I could find, others were around a night.
I asked if they could rent me a DVD player and they got one for me for per night, probably a bit of a rip off, personally I think this should be included in the room rate but our last hotel in Bali did not have a DVD player in the room either.

this hotel is quite well. there is a swimming pool and large place for breakfast and various menu. But the bath room little bit dirty. eventhough over all this place is nice. but for honeymoon couple this place is quite noisy...
Restaurant Tip:
for moslem tourist there is a restaurant called nasi pecel ibu tinuk. it is so great place. the taste is good and the price is reasonable....recommended
