Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Beautiful Hotel with well appointed villas
the lakeside location, beautiful villas, very friendly staff
10
the villa was very well appointed and the layout and furnishing well maintained. the food served was delicious and not overly priced even though they have a rather captive market.
the staff in the hotel, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant, were all excellent and polite, attentive and full of ideas ... i thoroughly enjoyed the stay there... the cool fresh air couple with the warm water from the natural hot spring was another plus to this hote... i would certianly stay there again... in fact, i m looking forward to it
Hotel Feature Tip:
come prepared to stay in the hotel... though there are hikes etc that can tempt u, the hotel is so conducive to a stay in vacation just enjoying the facilities within....early moring yoga at your private deck, soaking in your private jacuzzi with warm water from the hot spring, sun tanning in the afternoon... dining with perfomance of Balinese dancers at nite and enjoying the beuatiful scenery of the lake and the mountains... what more can u ask for... this was the best part of my stay in Bali

Beautiful views, but has pros and cons
Views, generous breakfast, nice room and pool
7
The room was great and the grounds were lavish but not very well kept. Most of the fountains were either off or broken, parts of the temple were in disrepair, and I was literally the only guest. The private pool was very nice but the jacuzzi didn't look so good and you must fill it yourself. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The included breakfast was generous but the dinner that I paid for was over 100000 rp for a small bowl of chicken soup and a watermelon juice. This is a rip off for Balinese standards. All in all it was ok, but I'm not sure it was worth the $230usd I paid. It was very clean though.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Check out c.Bali tours for a glimpse of the "real" Bali.
