The service cannot be faulted to give an example we took the villa at the end where the internet was almost non existent the day after I pointed this out to them they installed a router on the top of the villa. The one thing I would complain about is the persistent pushing of functions that they out were putting on, as well the spa service. The location would not be my first choice as it was really in the middle of anywhere ascetically pleasant. The food is of a poor standard and the choice of the breakfast buffet was sparse to say the least. As for the villa, well it was small and becomes slightly claustrophobic the pool is not for swimming in but is best suited for relieving the heat of the sun. The decor is well chosen and the positioning of the outside area ensurers that you have sun most of the day
Shopping Tip : Use the Carrefour not the local dele which is horrendously expensive

Very friendly staff and villa features need to improve their guest transport availability and be on time enjoyed the private facilities and also the very friendly and helpful staff. The Balinese cooking class organised on a personal basis was a wonderful experience and especially being taken to the local market in Denpasar which was exceedingly clean and better than some of our Australian markets. This I would thoroughly recommend to all your guests to enjoy this day. I loved the food we cooked.Some of the Villa staff were exceptional and will always be remembered.The only downfall was that the Villas were further away from the shopping area of Seminyak and the beach than expected. Didn't like the idea of having to cross a main busy road to get to our destination. Maybe the fridge for the beer could have been a lot colder as the Bintang was warm. Apart from this our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

The design of villa is good. Very balinese. The service is good with free transport service to nearby area. The surrounding is still underdeveloped, and relatively away from Kuta. The design of the hotel is good. Very decent and well thought. However, because of shower head leakage problem, we need to move to another room the next day. One bad point is there was no restaurant and spa facilities on our side of hotel. We have to take the shuttle to the other branch of hotel to take breakfast or spa. The free transport service was very good.

the room its nice, private pool, cozy, garden, all quite nice , all decoration in the room and pool its decorative the bathroom shower spread everywhere when we taking shower, animal shit around the bathtub, we cant control the toilet sray, its too hard the water, no ventilation in the bathroom, so after from the toilet smell everywhere till the room,mosquito net dirty, the bathroom door noisy at night, sleepers not cofomfort, no standard for the bathrobe, smtime they gv it smtms not, so we manytime remind them, no standard service, the mosquito man, smtms came smtms not and suppose they gv it at 6 pm not 8pm,the FO not helpfull enough, we try to arrange for transportation to kuta but they forgot and smtms they not offer any alternative, they ring our door room many time for the small thing, its quite iritated, room service bad we order same thing everyday but we still get wrong order, for the B'fast, for main menu the burger not standard burger but burnt, we disapointed 2much frm it,no standard service.Housekeeping not clean it well, dust everywhere, all training but no supervisor/manager to check it,,...its quite worst for visit what abt for honeymoon?
we not going to stay anymore All over the place quite nice but need more training and supervisor to teach them more better and good service, the training staff quite shy afraid to ask specialy to foreign,the driver only 1 person is helpfull enough,
other was bad, not friendly, and our room on that time beside the reception so at night its very noisy the staff talking, joking and chit chat, so we can heard from the room, we get irritated to much,.and the tv channel its few need more channel,the wood beside swimming pool very dirty from duct, smtms they not gv fruit of the day, and there is 2 stair in front of our room so they can see us from that room , no privacy at all,, need more training to all the staff in villa,...thisis the worst experience that we ever know..
and quite far from kuta/legian, no market to shop, coz we hv to wait transport quite long, and the net connection not working properly...
need curtain in the afternoon around 1:30 till 3pm, coz the sun its too hot...

Where do I start - the service with a smile, the absolute privacy, the surroundings are just beautiful. Somewhere to put the soap while your having a shower, the light switches are outside of the mosquito net. I left a hotel in Legian that had been booked through a package when I arrived at the Dream Villas Bali. I arrived in paradise, I was impressed to see that a team of 4 staff was used to clean each villa so they spend minimal time disturbing your peace. I had been for a long walk was tired and slightly lost, one of the staff saw me at the side of the road and picked me up which says to me that the service does not stop at the hotel entrance and they are always looking out for their guests.
My holiday started the moment I entered Bali Villas. I was pretty critical after my experience at the first hotel so was looking for faults, there is nothing that would stop me from booking another holiday at The Bali Dream Villas.
Hotel Feature Tip : A truly wonderful experience. I did speak to a couple with a young child, they also loved their stay. The only concern with a young child was the private pool and the ease to access it.

very nice villas with private pool. Beautiful decor. very poor service - very poor running water in the morning. Very nice villa & pool. Beautiful design ... but the dream stops here...
1. In the morning, there is basically no running water in the bathroom ... so few water it is difficult to shower (although at night, it works just fine).
2. Very poor service: transfer from the airport is free ... but the driver was not there (apparently because of a "mis-communication". The hotel location being quite far from the city center, they offer free shuttle and ask you to ask for a shuttle 30 min in advance ... be ready to wait an hour.
3. We also had room service one day for lunch and went out after that. We came back late at night to discover that our plates were still there... waiting to be removed.
4. We had room service for breakfast and were brough a pot of tea ... with no cups to drink it. We called to have cups delivered ... and then called again and gave up 1 hour later and never drank our tea...

Amazing villas, outstanding service It is a dream villa, honestly! With only 10 rooms and full crew of staff, what better service can you expect? people are friendly and kind and very resourceful. Location is an issue, one of those places in Bali in the middle of nowhere, very unexpected, but the FREE LIFTS to Kuta, Seminyak or Legian come very handy! they will also drive you to other places as long as they are not so far, also the tours the hotel offers are very well priced for a top end hotel. It is a remarkable place this hotel and I'm sure I will come back again at some point.
Hotel Feature Tip : Ask the staff for help if you need it they will drive you places outside the 3 main beaches near the hotel, provided it's not too far.

New Villa, Very Beautiful makes me feel like extending my stay in this nice villa. Free transport to the town (2-ways). The free shuttle service stops at 10.30pm, it's quit early. Hope it can extend the service to 11.30pm or 12 mid-night. Breakfast is nice, but choices are limited. I was happy that the actual facilities are same as the pictures posted on the website. The hotel is very new and beautiful, it gives me a very best experience that I've had. The thing that need to be praised is that the free shuttle from villa to town area(2-ways). Driver is friendly and nice, even the car is very new. I felt very exclusive. The helpful and friendly staff can speak good English made value-added to the stay of this villa. Free lap-top and internet services are good, make me always get contacted. I appreciated the hotel receptionist helped me to call my tour guide at night.
Shopping Tip : Carrefour and Sushi Tei building are only 5mins away by car from this nice villa.

privacey, well maintained, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the prices for the drinks at the bar seemed expensive the breakfast buffet need to be stock on a more regular bases.If you are going to serve up until 10:00 then the food should be available it seemed that the juices were not keep stocked either The villa was hard to find at first but got there in the end. We were in one of the new villa suites and it was very impressive wright from the word go. We did find that due to the high cement walls(which were good for privacey) it was quite hot as there was no breeze and the only escape from the heat was the pool or bedroom. We were very well taken care off by all staff. We were there during there new year (Silent Day 26.03.09) which meant we could not leave the resort and had to have a meal in the resturant. They organised a set meal which stated beer and soft drinks free flowing which i would have thought meant included in the meal. We had two beers each and when we have checked out they have charged us for 2 beers. I feels they need to communicate things a little better but on the whole i would recommend the villas as it was a good experience.
Hotel Feature Tip : all though the villa is out of the way they had courtesy vehicle available to drive you to Seminyka or Kuta up until 10;00pm and all the drivers where helpful and friendly.

personal pool with privacy. not one, but TWO LCD TVs. daily fruit basket with 4 bottles of water. car with driver for use till 11 pm. turndown service. weak air conditioner recessed into a wall = unbearable stuffiness. mosquitoes. location in the middle of nowhere. useless wifi.
where in the world would you get your own private villa with a functional dipping pool that isn't a hole in the ground, a huge bathroom and a bedroom with glass doors that really makes the indoors feel like the outdoors? all this for under 150USD? unfortunately the mozzies makes the alfresco side of the villa rather inhabitable at dawn n dusk. there will always be a driver ready to take you out to town or back but when u have to rely on cabbies after 11pm, they will invariably get hopelessly lost as the hotel is not well known and it is situated at the end of a really dead street. the wifi is USELESS...never stay connected more than 5 min and speed worse than dial up, even near the reception. despite this, i will STILL stay here again just because it was really nice. oh yeah, breakfast was standard issue and non halal, like 99% of all places in bali.
Restaurant Tip : get the driver to take u to town u can hire a guide u take u wherever u wanna go. nice pricey restaurants : ku de ta n la luciola.

Very nice, small private hotel. Service was really tremendous. They tried to make your stay feel really special...free cocktails upon arrival, free message, etc. The best feature was free transport...the hotel has cars that will take you around the area and to dinner, shopping for free. The staff is very helpful at finding addresses, making recommendations, and booking the cars for you. The driver for the cars are also very good. We had free hotel transport as well. We could not ask for better service at all. The only thing I didn't like was something personal. Our hotel is open to the outside, which is a very nice Bali feel. However, I would prefer to have the room be sealed off from nature. That is my only complaint but it is just based on my own personal preference. The hotel is also not within walking distances to other places. This hotel was really a good value. The services provided are really outstanding. The free car services were great and very helpful. We used them multiple times and it was extremely helpful. The free hotel transport was also great. The room was very nice, which an outdoor living room and kitchen. It made for a great stay in Bali and taking advantage of the weather.

The problem was, since it is an open-air villa, the bathroom-showerroom is open air. The door connecting the bedroom and bathroom opens both ways and it is quite loose. So, when there is wind gusting outside, it goes through the bathroom, hitting the door and the looseness makes quite the banging sound. The villa I went to was newly made so it was brand new. Therefore, everthing was clean and fresh.
The structure of the villa is also outstanding as it includes a private pool, an open-air living room and kitchen. It was soo comfortable. I did not want to leave the villa. In fact, one can probably enjoy just staying at the villa and having fun.
The only problem was that the bathroom door was kind of a hassle because the door hole was a little loose.

Shopping Tip : The new villa is located near Sunset road so you can enjoy shopping near that viscinity by walking.

I liked very much the villa I stayed and the friendly staff inside the resort. The location was a bit far away from the central Seminyak. No walk distance, So sometimes was inconvinient for short shoppings. But the villa was wonderful and the staff very friendly. Maybe if I retire from the party scene, it is the best place to relax and enjoy the silence. Definitely would like to stay again.

It's new, and service was excellent. It's located in a very isolated place, and it may take quite some time even for the local taxi driver to find it. We really liked the service there. The staff were friendly, and requests were promptly answered. Transport is provided for free to nearly places of general interest -- Kuta, Legian, and of course Seminyak. Free transport to the airport is also available. That's a big plus for such a location.

Private pool, good quality food, extremely friendly and helpful staff! We decided to spend the last couple of days of our Bali trip at the Villa to wind down and we made a great choice!
The rooms had heaps of space, great facilities and the pool was great.
I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to chill out and relax. Even though the hotel is a bit out of the main spots of kuta and legian they offer shuttle buses and even taxis aren't that expensive.
Also a big plus to the staff, they were so enthusiastic and friendly throughout our stay!
Will definately stay again when next in BAli!
