Small beachfront hotel between 'big players'
Proximity to beach, big room, well decorated
7
It was great getting a value-for-money beachfront hotel for a fraction of the price of the two big hotels it was flanked by. However, the beach wasn't too impressive and the sea activities were at tourist prices. Also, there wasn't much else to do within walking distance (i.e. shops, restaurants, etc.), but we did make the long walk to Bumbu Bali which was highly recommended. The room itself was quite nice and very big.

The Benoa Beach Front Villas & Spa Hotel
Right on the beach, cute rooms with enclosed patios
9.7
This hotel was wonderful. Our room had an enclosed patio area and the grounds were beautiful. The hotel had a great pool and is located right on the beach. There were very few people when we where here and we spent most of our time in lounge chairs watching the wave runners and boats. In the morning, we were the only people in the restaurant for breakfast. Along the beach are high-end hotels for much more money than what we paid but we got the same amenities. I would highly recommend the hotel for a quiet relaxing get away.

Nice place
Staff very helpfull rooms ok, very nice swimming pool...
7.3
This place has so much potential it is frightening. The hotel is beautiful gem nestled between two 5-star Nusa Dua giants, the Conrad and the Santrian. All I could think about during my stay was what a wasted opportunity this was and If I ran the place it would be a license to print money. It has the makings of a perfect boutique hotel where service is king and just by being there you would feel like you were special. Unfortunately, it misses the mark on just about every meaningful scale.
The on-site restaurant should be one of the best in Nusa Dua by virtue of its location and its view, but it most definitely is not. The cleanliness of the place is questionable and the staff are indifferent and uninspired...for obvious reasons. I took one meal there (apart from the daily breakfast) in the 6 days we stayed there. I was hoping for some redemption from the food, but sadly this was not to be. Breakfast itself was not bad, but it is tough to screw that up. I will say that the eggs I had almost every morning were done very well and to my specifications.

Cute & Convenient
location, clean, friendly staff
8
We were staying here as a cheaper alternative to staying at the Conrad, where our friends were having a wedding. This was perfect, because we could just walk next door, and the rooms were clean and our villa was spacious. The staff was friendly, always smiling, and very helpful.

Nice big room, traditional decoreated, with easy acces to private beach.
Nightlife Tip:
The place is unlike hustle bustle nightlife kuta. But if u like water sport, this is the perfect choice.

All the previous comments are correct
Big room, nice garden, peaceful enviroment and nice beach walk
5.3
All the previous comments are pretty correct. If you like to relax and walk on the beach try to do some starfishing or hunting down sea urchin, or just read a book and get some suntan, this is an ideal place as it is quiet and cosy.
It's not so ideal if you are a surfer coz it is a little far away from Kuta or expect the similar type of service at the five star hotels.
The hardware is good but this hotel should improve its software (bed sheet, towel, tea bags, bigger bathtub) and then is could be easily a romantic holiday getaway heaven.
Restaurant Tip:
You shouldn't miss Bumbu Bali restaurant, we only fount it out on the 3rd day, we could have had more meals there. Run by previous grant hyatt chef.

The Benoa Beach Front Villas & Spa Hotel
Very good price for Nusa Dua. Quite. Not too big.Traditional Balinees style. Right on the beach.
8.3
This was an very good value for money hotel in Nusa Dua.I is surrounded by big expensive grand scale affairs but you still have access to exactly the same beaches, water sports, and facilities. The restuarant menue is a bit limited but reasonably priced. The choise of budget price eaing places close by is a bit limited but here are a couple of good places out on the main road within walking distance.Check out the prices in the Mini Mart before you buy stuff on the beach. We hired the hotels push bikes for a day which gave us access to explore Nusa Dua.

A smaller quiet "diamond in the 5 star glitter".
Villa type ground level rooms, smaller resort adjacent to very large Conrad resort
9
For those that want a more economical peaceful stay; away from the crowds of the 5 star resorts.
This resort is probably one of the original resorts built many years before the new resorts. It has a certain old-school character and a Balinese style. I prefer these types of places and the family feel of them. There are probably more like this in Bali that are on Agoda and many that are not.
The management should refurbish the bathrooms and the reception office; however, they may feel this is not necessary as they will get value for money at the present time and future works may not be considered economical.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire a car with driver and guide and pick your own places to tour. Check out the 5 star places and their pools as you wish; they dont seem to mind if you buy food/drink.

hotel has private beach but it did not clean and very short.
we cannot walk or swim in front of the hotel. Hotel should have someone take care their private beach. Hotel swimming pool is very small. it is smaller than picture in the webcite.
and they reserve the room very far from hotel beach for us.
