Old, dirty, eerie and infested with insects. Flush wasn't working well. Mosquitoes everywhere. No wifi in room. Bath tub was dirty.

Really grubby place, the place was like a backpackers, bathroom was filthy and cracked, when you sat on the loo you had a nice view of four balconies next door and them of you. I have never stayed in a hotel or villa where the front door locks with a padlock?? AC didn’t work very well either
Beach/bar was rubbish they really didn’t try very hard to work with what they had, Don’t be fooled by the pictures I took some that show the actual state of the place
In my opinion this place could be good but they would have to refurb the rooms and do some work on the bar/beach area, it wouldn’t take much imagination or money to bring this place up to a reasonable standard
oh and "Ocean Suite Room" only means its near to the ocean, about as near as every other hotel in Nusa Dua...............no ocean view, actually no view of anything

This hotel is unbelievable for the price we paid for 5 people. The extra bed charge was worth it as they actually put an extra bed in the room. The hotel has a little bit of age to it but nothing that would make you think it was "dated". Coupled with the beautiful and lush greenery that was constantly being cared for, this hotel made you feel like you were in Bali. Yes, it is sandwiched in between two super 5-star hotels, but there was enough character to this one that made us happy we stayed there. Overall an excellent hotel, super friendly staff, great location and the restaurant was actually quite delicious - so long as you opted for the local cuisine.

2 star hotel squashed between 5 star hotels.
on the beach, villas were cute, had Balinese outdoor shower, great cable options, very quite and calm area

this hotel is indeed right on the beach, but it is squashed between a long line of 5 star hotels and is quite out of place unless it does some much needed renovations. everything was adequate, but not stellar. it was hard not to compare to the giants next door. the pool is tiny and the restaurant mediocre (although free breakfast was decent) the outlets are not compatible with most foreign appliances even laptops! and the hotel did not have any adapters. we had to buy our own from carrefour in kuta. there are not many cheap restaurants around the hotel- you have to walk quite far or go to kuta. the beach is decent, but the water is full of seaweed. the watersports are entertaining in front of the hotel's beach. the rooms were old, but decent and the grounds were very lush and beautiful. my stay was adequate, but a little bit of a let down for the price i paid and the distance from the airport and kuta.
Restaurant Tip:
One of the only non-hotel restaurants around is the Heart of Bali restaurant just down the road from the hotel. It is excellent and highly recommended.

some receptionists are taking advantage by introducing their partner tour guide who overcharged and unprofessional
the breakfast was very bad
the beach near the hotel is not suitable swimming and no waves
the location is far from famous beaches like kuta,jimbarang ,etc.
Shopping Tip:
batik are cheaper at ubud market than any other places

Big Rooms with Beach at the doorstep
Big rooms with even bigger bathrooms.

Pros - Big rooms, good location, front staff was very polite and we were able to approach them for any request like power adaptors and transfer service to airport at 4am. Simple breakfast.
Cons - Loads of mosquitos.
