lovely hotel, extremely clean with great staff
Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean.

we stayed at the hotel over christmas. the rooms were very clean and spacious. the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly.
the pool area was nice (and the pool bar!)
there was lots to do for all ages.
we used the tennis court a and gym almost every day. (and the basketball ring in the pool)
there was building work going on while we were there but the noise sand disturbance was minimum and we were offered free drinks for the inconvenience.
we felt that the restaurant was quite expensive (but we were still thinking in backpacker prices)
i won a free massage and the spa was very relaxing.

Clean and well located hotel.
Service was terrific. Very safe and great for families.

Staff were amazing. Left my bag in a taxi and they had traced taxi and had bag back at reception within two hours. Our flight was delayed and the reception staff contacted airline and arranged transport on my behalf. Pool area was well serviced. Walking distance to plenty of good restaurants and beach. Plenty of good shopping in area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & ended up increasing from 7 nights to 10 nights.
Great location and the resort had something for everyone in the family. Lovely staff & very well maintained rooms.

we were there a week ago & satisfied with our stay. the rooms are small but you dont really spend much time in there, good location, the staff was very helpful & friendly (everytime we returned to our room we always received a nice letter from the cleaners & beside they left cute animals created of towels on our bed each day.. i was there during my birthday & it suprised me a lot that everyone greet & congratulate me.. in the night i received a bouquet of flower from the hotel & special discounts for the spa that we took
the spa is great and they do it professional.

Ended up in a deluxe room which was absolutely awesome. Great friendly accommodating staff. Great 4-level pool with fun swim-up pool bar. Highly recommend. High return for price.

our 3rd stay at the breezes, love seminyak end of the strip, cant stand kuta end. few good eats close or just a $3-4 taxi away.
Restaurant Tip:
For desert delishus onion ( 100m up the st opp Breezes )has the best choc fudge, order extra ice cream...

A lovely hotel, with very accommodating staff
friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and public areas, pools were awesome and the best thing - late departure lounge

We had a lovely time at this hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, buffet breakfast was satisfying and varied. Gym was adequate, location is central. Various pool areas meant variety, plenty of sun beds available. Organised acitivities for both kids and adults.
As with most flights from Bali to Oz they leave late at night, so this hotel offers a 12pm check out and offers a complimentary "departures lounge" which means you can hang by the pool or beach and then still shower and refresh yourself before flying.
I would definitely return.

A hotel for party

This is definitely a place for party! If you hate noise during your holiday, avoid this hotel, because you will hear lots of people yelling here and there. One thing I really do not like is people smoking around. Children are around them! Overall, the hotel is a bit old but management try their best to maintain. We did not see the cute animal-towels in our room, missed this part. Staffs are very helpful and they greet you all the time.

Other than location and pool... I can't think of anything nice to stay. The room was comfortable, sure... except for the loud families, drunk tourists, overpriced food and drinks at the hotel... overpriced and shoddy internet... rude front desk staff (they were rude with a smile atlest)...
I tried to enjoy a nice drink on my patio, but the mice that visited while I did were almost as annoying as the loud kids running around.
What a waste of money. You can do better.
Nightlife Tip:
Get out and enjoy the clubs on Seminyak... it will help you avoid the families and mice at the hotel. One note - this hotel is marketed as an LGBT friendly hotel. It sure wasn't during my stop - just a bunch of loud and tacky tourist families.
