only 15 mins drive from the airport,
Upon reaching the hotel, it seem like a dodgy hotel, as it is at some back alley but that Impression was quickly erase by the warm and friendly staff that welcome us. Hotel is really small, maybe 20-30 over room only.
The room have all the basic necessasity, fully air conditioned .
Breakfast was mundane, same food every day. but the restaurant menu is worth a shot and they provide 24 hours room service.
There is alot of little shop/ massage parlor nearby and main shopping district, jalan pantai kuta is just 5-7 mins away.
its a good hotel for those who want a affordable and quiet holiday at bali. but for those who want to party, u might need to take 10 -15 mins walk to the club and pubs.
highly recommend this hotel.

We were shown to our room and it had 2 single beds pushed together, there was also other things missing from the room which we expected like plasma screen TV instead of an old bulky TV, toiletries, pool side view etc.. We stayed there for the first night and it was uncomfortable, I checked my booking on the internet the following morning and it did not match our room, so we made a complaint. The hotel manager immediately moved us to a ‘Deluxe’ room which is what we paid for. I believe that the hotel manager who checked us in, did this on purpose in the hope that he would have a deluxe room available to sell. The deluxe price is not much different from the standard room price but the room is much nicer and comfortable. Rooms are clean and the pool is outside the rooms on the ground floor, whereas standard rooms are on the first floor. Location is near restaurants and shops. It is 5 minutes walk to the beach. Mornings can be noisy if you want to sleep in, as all the rooms are very close and doors/walls are thin. Hotel is good for the price. The hotel manager will charge you too much for taxi service. He offered to take us in his car to Jimbalan beach but quoted us 150,000 rupiah, the taxi fare was only 50,000 rupiah. Beware local money changers and shops, as they will try to short change you or charge you too much.

have a nice stay at hotel. Breakfast not much choice but ok. Nearby hotel got lots of massage shop for you to relax after whole days travelling. Their Bar offering bttl Bintang beer - Big @ 21,000rp & small 13,000rp.

Reasonable budget hotels
Close to local restaurants and mini market. Big room and good air conditioned, It is old hotel.

We stay there for 2 nights. It is good value hotel but the hotel needs garden maintenance and interior room renovation. We ask the hotel staff to book a taxi at early in the morning to catch our flight back home, but they didn't do the booking.
