Large rooms- cleanliness. Uni in the pool restaurant and restaurant.

Position-atmosphere- breakfast. Algae in the pool

Overall good value for the money we paid. Room was very large and comfortable with a balcony and nice well kept gardens. Friendly staff, breakfast a little drab- no one taking evening meal in the hotel on the two nights we were there. Close to many local restaurants approximatelt five minutes walk away, who will return you to the hotel after your meal.

Restaurant Tip : Mai Mais down the street great meals, value and helpful staff.

Great big rooms and nice amenities close to restaurants in village street

Needs some refurbishment especially the pool area

This is our fourth stay at the Grand Nusa Dua, stayed in Sept 08 and found this time the hotel did not seem the same. Firstly we checked in at 2.30pm and told that our room would not be ready till after 6pm - yes we were given a room but didn't want to mess it up or unpack and felt in a holding pattern till we got our own room. I don't know why we couldn't just stay in the first one. Breakfast adequate, more expensive this trip since Sept 08 so felt it was not worth the money. Think I will go elsewhere next time.

Restaurant Tip : Baris in the village street - excellent food and service
