Haven is a good hotel for family. The location is prime in Seminyak. Easy to get food and to shop. Definitely, will stay in Haven again next time.

we decided to stay didn't realize which place it was until we arrived i have to say it was one of the best decisions ever made we enjoyed our stay so much we just kept extending day after day and ended up on going from 2 days to 7 days, extremely happy

Nice hotel in central Seminyak

The hotel is located in central Seminyak, when you go out of the hotel you can just walk around to check out the stores and even go shopping. It's also close to the beach, only 10-15 walk. So it's nice for holiday and also for stay during business trip.

Very impress overall with this hotel. We stayed in the suite rooms which were located at the back of hotel . excellent buffet breakfast, room nicely appointed, and was very quite , pool was lovely and looked stunning at night as they had just put up xmas lights,worth the extra if you want that little bit more

We stayed for 3 nights at the Haven Room located on the 1st floor. Room is quite spacy with standard amenities included. Breakfast was great as well though it may be a bit boring after a few days since they serve the same menu everyday.
The only thing I was upset about this place was when the hotel staff was cleaning/scrubbing the poolside late night. Since our room was near the pool, it kept us awake that night. Besides that, everything else is nice. Recommended hotel!

The heaven is in an excellent location with high quality furnishings. Excellent breakfast spread.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at the check in counter. We arrived at the counter early at 11am to see if we could check in early. There was only another couple at the counter checking out and 5-6 counter staff. We were standing there for 15mins waiting for them to check us in. After 15mins we were told that there was no room available yet and told us to come back at around 2pm. So we did.
When we returned at 2pm. They said that the room was not ready yet. We sat there and waited till 3 and got a little impatient so we approached the counter staff again. He then told us that the room is ready but there are only single beds left and that double beds were a special request at booking - which we felt shouldn't be the case. So we requested they call the manager if he could do something about it. They graciously upgraded us to a deluxe room with a double bed- we had to wait another 20mins for it.
Overall a great hotel which we would recommend but definitely one of the worst check in experience we have had.
