I mistakenly booked my room on the wrong dates. I arrived there late in the afternoon. The stuff did nothing to help, merely told me that I can't stay unless make another payment.
It was very depressing for a girl.
Shopping Tip:
Bali collection is a nice place for shopping and dinning.

Our recent stay at the Haven was actually pretty good. We booked online after arriving and spending a few days in the craziness of Kuta and managed a great deal.
Younger staff seem to struggle with multiple check ins at the same time, so patience is recommended :-)
This is a relatively new resort and as such is in pretty good shape maintenance wise.
The pools are both beautiful and clean, however, dont get a whole lot of sun. Mornings are the best for the front pool for sun baking. The rear pool is pretty much always shaded and is a great place to chill in the afternoons.
Breakfast was ok. Better than most. Room service meals are reasonably priced and tasty.
All in all, at the rates we paid, pretty good value, comfortable beds and friendly staff.
Location-wise, the only criticism is that there are limited options for eating out. The beach front restaurants are an easy 5-10 minute walk away ( and there are some GREAT options there), and Kuta , Legian and Seminyak restaurant strips are all a short cheap cab ride away.
Given the option , I would stay here again and would have rated it at 3 1/2 - the higher side of average.

Great Holiday!
The hotel is set smack bang in the middle of the shopping district. Loved the pool and water features. Great Spa right in the grounds. 10 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the airport what more could you want?
Staff were wonderful and full of smiles, service was wonderful!

I was in Bali on business and the location was perfect as its right on main strip of Seminyak . Buffet breakfast every morning was lovely . And rooms are very clean and maintained . Staff very friendly and are more than happy to help . Pool area is wonderful . I honestly could not find fault with this Hotel and would suit business , solo travelers , couples . As I was alone the restaurant was perfect I could just go down for meal at night after long day and have dinner and they have entertainment each evening . I arranged through email to hotel for pick up from airport and they were there waiting as soon as I arrived . Also as they drivers available for small trips or for daily use this was great help

Ok location but noisy rooms

I had a few days without any sleep here. Road noise, lobby bar band and yobbos coming back after late night's drinking. If I stay here again it will be in the back section. Despite that the rooms are great, the internet is fast and the breakfast is fine. For people staying on holiday this would be a great hotel. It is not far from the beach and there is plenty of shopping nearby.

Make sure to get a room down the back of the hotel car away from the road.

Good hotel, great location

Nice hotel, very helpful staff and very nice breakfast included in the price. Great place to explore rest of Seminyak and the beach.
Restaurant Tip:
Althouhg the restaurant is nice, we would recommend to go out for lunch and dinner, all the major restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk away.
