Great Location and Good Size
Centralised Location within walking distance of Money Changer / Restaurants / Shops

stayed on the ground floor. very good location. rooms are a goods size, with proper facilities - fridge, tv etc. however, there is a strange stench coming from the toilet area. we had requested a change of room the next day, of which, the staff were quick to response. the changed room is better, the smell is lesser, but still visible in the toilet.
the first room also had alot of insects and mosquitoes, we were bitten quite a few times in the night. the changed room was better.
the pool is way too small for the number of guests rooms, the day beds around the pool were less than 15, so if you do not book the are earlier, you do not even have a chance to get a space on the pool side.
breakfast is generally ok, the usual.
Shopping Tip:
For money changer - be careful, go to the reputable ones where there is a proper counter and receipt for you to sign. Avoid those with higher rates, because chances are they cheat your money. Usually, they change by giving small notes - and eventually they take some away when you are not noticing.

Modern Balinese style with excellent location

The Haven is nicely positioned for shopping in Seminyak. We liked the fact that the main restaurant is open to the street but elevated a little so that you have a great view of all the activity passing by. The pools are perfect for doing a few lengths, very clean and well maintained. The modern styling is refreshing but includes traditional Balinese touches as well.
10 min walk to the beach but hotel does provide shuttle service to their own beach area which is staffed.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Can be a little noisy as right in town although with balcony doors closed it is not too bad.

it is very convenient, but did not find anything special with this hotel. The room has a balcony, but when you open it, it is facing a wall :-)

it was a great experience at the Haven seminyal, the location is near by the shopping area and night life,breakfast was good,i like the room that spacy and very clean,and i also like the pool,becouze its quite big and its nice to spend time lazying and sunbathing at d pool area

Good spot and nice rooms
The location is really good, only a short walk to everything and there's a bus to the beach if you realy need it!

We really enjoyed our stay, had a very nice suite that was very big and comfortable. The Haven is close to everything - restraunts, shops and the beach. We were very spoilt and loved it.
Restaurant Tip:
The breaky here is awesome!

we stayed at the haven in seminyak for ten days with two 11 year old girls. we had two adjacent but not connected rooms. we all found the staff to be very kind and helpful. nothing was too much trouble for them. on our last day we stayed 9 hours after check out and were offered a free shower and towels, lounges around the pool and storage which we could access throughout the day. the hotel is peaceful despite being on a very congested road. the night music continues until 10 pm each night so if your kids are really young choose a family suite further away from the road. the hotel is spotless, modern and very stylish. we all enjoyed our time there.

Great Location and Good Customer Service

First day of arrival at the hotel, in the night, hotel room has a sudden trip of electricity and caused our room to blackout suddently. Fortunately, the hotel staff was quick and responsive to our problem and switch a new room for us.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would reccommend my friends and family to stay here.
Restaurant Tip:
Ultimo restaurant at Seminyak Area serves very good italian food.
