Loved the private pool, very romantic. Staff very attentive. Lovely restaurant food delivered in the privacy of your own villa.
Driver service is unorganised. Need to book it 2 hrs in advance, yet when we did no one was aware when we came down 2 hrs later. No room for being spontaneous.
A lovely private romantic place to stay. Good location. Shuttle service a bit of an issue but for $1 dollar we just caught a taxi, no problems. Great food, great staff. Looks great but after 2 years the gloss is starting to wear off some of the finishes. Things starting to look very worn. Great to have private pool, fantastic size, great temperature. Perfect place for honeymoon
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use taxis, shuttle service leads to mix ups and wasted time

excellent service and friendly and helpful staff. The spa within the hotel is great too.
like above, really enjoyed my stay there, the staffs are very helpful and friendly, the service is excellent, u can practically stay in the hotel all day n got all the needs covered. Across the road in short distance there are good restaurants and small shopping complex so the location is good too. Would definitely stay there again if possible in the future!

Good location and within easy walking distance from the beach. Well maintained premises and villas's.
Fantastic Staff. Nothing is too much to effort. Rates are very attractive
No direct access to the beach but not too much of a problem.
A little away from the main part of Semenyak for shopping etc..
Food menu is limited but then you are not in Bali to stay in the complex every night!
I am not new to Bali and have been there many times but each time I have stayed in another complex. This time I decided to take a chance on somewhere new mainly because of the competitive price. I was very impressed and have already recommended it to many friends. Staff were just great and very helpful.I will return hopefully if the place is not full from all the recomendations I have given! :)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want the hotel car book early. Prices and piece of mind come in to play using the hotel car rather than take a chance on a leaflet you pick up at the airport or around.
