this hotel may not be ideal for romance,however good location and good food.i would recommend this hotel if you will stay with your friends.beach is 5 minutes walk and can go shopping around near hotel anytime was also good.

Would not recommend , as I got out of bed one morning got dive bombed by the biggest cockroach I ve ever seen, absolutely s#%¥ me self , slept with the bedside light on for the rest of the stay.

We made our own fun - service was horrendous

We had a great time but this was because we made our own fun. On a budget, this was good, rooms were nice, location was good (if you like being in central kuta) and the second smaller pool was lovely. Room service was cheap and 24hour and very quick. However, when I ordered room service, the order was often wrong. House-keeping knocked on the door at 7.30 nearly every morning, even when we had "do not disturb" signs on the doors - not ideal while you're on holiday. Likewise, there were works going on and there was drilling into the wall starting at 7am. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster - all toasters were broken so I had eggs on bread :s likewise, while we were having breakfast, street vendors were allowed into the restaurant, so we weren't even allowed a break from being nagged while we were eating.
Shopping Tip:
Iluh at Nobis shop off Melasti St (ask locals and they'll point you in the right direction) was fantastic and gave us fantastic prices on anything and ordered stock in for us.

we arrived at 11-30am check in isnt til 2pm so we had to wait cause our room was'nt avalible til 5pm.the room was ok but now what we thought we booked but we made do.

Best location, near to beach and shopping area... The place dont sleep...
Shopping Tip:
Mostly vendor give higher prices which you can bargain almost half of the price given. Look for certified money exchanger not just anywhere.... Be aware with those gives very higher rate as they have foolish agenda.

Nice hotel, a little outdated

The rooms were nice, a bit old and worn.. I think they were just in the process of changing all beds! We had old ones!
Good for a cheap holiday although there are hotels being renovated around that area for the same price as these rooms!
Need more staff down the restaurant and definately in need of a new paint job!
