1.Spacious, new hotel in 'harmony design'
2.Typical & unparalleled Bali service Not really, except for those, who can't cope staying at Tanjung Benoa, which is away from the bustle of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak A new, well designed and spacious resort, nestled at Tanjung Benoah, where visitors still enjoy a relatively quiet, less commercialized and "real beach" environment. The resort is well managed, very clean and just comfortable. The pool is extremely long and may be similar to the "Canale Grande"in Venise. Employees are well trained and friendly, which is typical and unique in Bali: however it seems to shift slowly to a more commerical service delivery - at some places. Overall great value, good scenic location and also good for families.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : As Tg. Benoa is rather in a remote area, check out the conditions of "complimentary transport" many restaurants and other tourism spots may offer to visitors. Some will offer drop-off only some will do pick-up and drop-off, which saves you lots of taxi $$$.

The long pool is great especially for those who like me can not swim as it is not deep.
The shower was good too. Rooms are rather basic. you have to lie on the bed to watch tv. Over all the hotel was pleasant. Breakfast was varied and the service was good. More information could be provided about extra services . I only found out about the free shuttle to Kuta by accident as there was no notice in the room.The staff were all friendly and helpful but I would recommend for a short stay only.There did not seem to be much else to do but sun bathe on the beach or around the pool area,

nice pool,great room facilities,ambience was good.The service was okay too. there are cockroaches even at the lobby area A few of my friends from another hotel nearby came to our room just to hang out but were insister that we get charged for the electricity and water used by our friends.This is ridiculous.But overall,the staff was friendly and did gave us an amicable solution of all the problems caused.After the bombings in Bali,I guess the hotel policy has become strict.However,guests should be notified of the policy as well to prevent such unwanted scenes in future.The rooms are worth staying in and star gazing with a bottle of Bintang is definitely a must when you're there.
