This is a great clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Kuta just 3 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are small but have very big beds. The breakfast is good but a bit limited for choice. The staff are very friendly and the pool is simply sensational. It is one of the few pools in Bali that is actually cool to swim in. The pool is a major feature of the hotel.

the hotel is a bit old, the bathroom is not really nice as i had hoped, air-con is unreliable if used for the whole day, i can't fall asleep at the night time due to many mosquitos in the room and Bali's mosquitos are huge and bite you everywhere.i rented a car to travel around and the way to get into hotel is so small which only skilled drivers can pass through....don't even think about big car or van.breakfast is okay compared to the price.
hotel's staff are nice and helpful!
excellent location and easy to the beach in a reasonable price...good for buget travellers
Lots of mosquitos and the way to hotel is hard to drive in..

It's called a boutique hotel, but I think they can do with a spruce up of the rooms. We checked into a leaky toilet and aircon that drips, TV malfunctioned (no cable channels & poor reception). Manage to change room, this time with basin area that's leaking and floor's constantly wet and the fridge is not working. We did not bother their repairman anymore.
No shelf/ rack to place our toiletries in the bathroom, have to leave them on the floor.
Service wise, the housekeeping staff are okay, but the restaurant staff are nonchalant. No greetings or ushers to our table during breakfast and when I was topping up my water bottle, one came and told me bottled water is available in my room and I cannot do any top up. We asked for ice and glasses one evening for our drinks - they said they hadn't got any. Next evening, we brought some money along and the same request was acceded immediately.
One nice thought was they brought us a honeymoon cake and plate of cut fruits during our stay. They left the cake in the fridge that has not been working since day 1 though.
1. Nice pool (exactly as seen in the website)
2. Good location
- Poor service (no greetings, no service)
- Minimal breakfast selection
- Old and poorly maintained room
- No hairdryer (they even ran out when we asked for one)
- The pool, though nice looking, had crack tiles and chips. Had to be careful when we swim.
