Good location but dirty rooms
hotel is surrounded by many shops

The hotel is surrounded by many shops by the roadside and also very near to Matahari Shopping Mall. However, the rooms are pretty much dirty. Try walking around in your room barefoot and within minutes your feet will turn black. The staff are not very helpful.

Quite a nice place to relax & shop. A place where you could find nice Hindu temples almost everywhere. You could even see a temple in the middle of the water. Nice view by the seaside at Jimbaran to enjoy your seafood dinner. Quite a safe place where you do not have to worry of snatch thief. But please be reminded to allocate 150,000 rupiah upon your return for airport exit tax.
Shopping Tip:
You need to bargain for everything. From food to shopping.

i always stay here whenever i visit bali. very calm and with good ambiance and not very big. for the crowded place like kuta it's very nice to find hotel with the very relax ambiance.
it just for the last few times they always have problem with the air con and if you bring car you'll have problem with the parking lot, very narrow street.

Great location but the room a bit run down

The location is near to the beach and easy access to the beach and shopping.We need a good negotiating skill to get a good price for items.It is a good hotel for bag packer as the price is quite reasonable.Overall i have a memorable Bali trip and definely will be back again..

Nice little hotel that's very near the Kuta beach
Distance from the hotel. Cheap.

although the hotel is old and seemingly not well kept, the smile of the staff makes up for it and they're always ready to assist you. the "free" wifi would have been better if you can gain access from your room also not from the restaurant only.
