We arrived late due to flight and there was some confusion with our room and we had to wait for it to be sorted out and I believe we were given a different room which was worse than what we had booked. It was dirty and had glass shutter windows which anyone could get into! Breakfast was ok but we were keen to get to next place! The shower and toilet was not good enough.

Simple and Unobtrusive.
The pool and restaurant; and the friendly and helpful staff. Off the main street and quiet.

I had 9 lovely days at this hotel and enjoyed the freedom to come and go unobtrusively.
My 10 lap (50 metres + pool length) early morning swim every day before breakfast; followed by the morning paper and the wi-fi internet with breakfast was a great way to start the day.
Breakfast was simple but adequate.
During the quiet times of the day, the staff were not always visible, but were promplty there when needed.
Nice big clean rooms, even though lacking in some basic facilities such as iron, clothes hangers and towel hooks, and a chair.
Located within an interesting and easy walking distance of the Matahari and Discovery shopping centres and and the beach.

A bit disappointing memories for this hotel
Very near from beach and street

This hotel is located behind the shop lots, need to walk inside to reach the hotel. The design of this hotel is simple, but the overall environment is dark. The room is not bright enough, some more the toilet flush was spoiled.
But it was just located 10 min away from the beach, quite near by walking to the beach and the Kuta Street.

Nice location, Nice swimming pool.
In room facilities limited. No toileteries sets, towel a bit worn. No hot water kettle, coofee or tea. Room lights a bit dim. Need new decorations on the wall. No working table. TV is the old vacuum tube type. Break selection is poor, just toast, homemade jam, a lot to be improved.
This hotel needs renovation to be at par with other hotels of the same categories in the vicinity.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to Kuta Beach. Close to Legian Street. Close to major attraction at Kuta.

its situated just 5 mins from Kuta Market

thank god it was just for 1 night - breakfast choice was limited. i wouldn't want to jump into the swimming pool.
Shopping Tip:
Just check the prices at Krishna or sukawati market 1st as the items on sale in the bazaars at sight seeing spots are from those markets & the price is hiked up
