Porter service needs improvement. We were brought to the lift upon check-in, carrying our own luggage. They serve non-Asian travellers better.. Breakfast was the same everyday and not much food spread. Bad choice for long stay. Lobby area too hot..no air ventilation. Internet was lousy...always logged out. And they give new ID/PWD every 3 days. Room doors very noisy and vibrates often. Comforter too thin and lousy covers. Towels were old with frays...
