Noisy hotel with so so service

Hotel is very noisy. The rooms are not sound proof, we cannot get a good night rest. Hotel is within walking distance to Sanur beach, however the beaches are not beautiful and are dirty. Breakfast quality is average. There are many better choices at this price range.

Great service with pleasant smiling personel. Rooms have a high standard with balconies facing the pool. Restaurant/bar is a little on the slow side and could be so much more if they wanted to. Nicely situated next to mall and nice reastaurants. Overall a great stay
Restaurant Tip:
Three Monkeys nice place with great ambiance serving mainly Italian, just 200m north.
CharMing, Outstanding restaurant with a great selection of wines and impeccable service, for Bali a bit pricy but not comparing to other restaurant of the same caliber. 350m to the south.

Fantastic restaurant (both Indonesian and Western cuisine).
Free shuttle to the beach house.
We had a short but excellent stay.

Nice hotel. but demolition next door ruined it

The hotel was a fair way from the beach, but good position for shopping. There was demolition work going on next door which started at 8am - 6pm it was so noisy you could not sleep in or even sit by the pool, there was no compensation for this.

we were given 2 beds instead of one big bed. the hotel's deluxe room were full and requested that we pay to upgrade for a room with pool access with a king bed. didn't want to pay more, hotel was kind enough to offer to convert the 2 beds to one, which worked for us. the location was quite good. some great restaurants near by. hotel seemed to be booked out by tour groups. it was really noisy one night when the groups came back and started talking really loudly and banging room doors.
on the whole, a nice hotel and we had a great stay.

great location but room to small

we stay at duplex room. the stairs inside room definetly very danger for kids. at the room upstair there still have a hole between glass and the ceiling. and i can feel the heat inside.
there in unfinished tv set. the wiring still on the floor but no tv.
overall its not worth paying. even the swimming pool is dangers for kids. the only thing good only the breakfast menu. thanks

A Bit of a Disappointment

I had high expectation when I booked the room as I have seen the impressive lobby and cafe.
However, I was disappointed by the minimalistic set up of the room. Tiled floors, basic shower facilities and toiletries.
Location however is great. Just in front of the busy street and Hardy's groceries. The beach is also just a short walk away.

Although this hotel is not on the beachfront it is centrally located in Sanur and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a great swimmingpool and although the hotel is quite big it still has an intimate feel to it. The breakfast is really good as is the overall service. The rooms are very big and very well decorated.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Make a stroll on the boardwalk near the sea.
