Great Location but small rooms

we arrive late in the evening and were greeted with a beautiful coconut welcome drink and lots of smiles from the staff. however, when we got to the room i was a bit disappointed it was quite small and we had 2 single beds that were put together, instead of a queen bed, as it was late, we decided not to make a fuss and accepted this. the rooms were very modern and very clean.
in the morning i had a shower and the shower drain was blocked and the whole shower and bathroom had water everywhere.
on mentioning this to reception, we had a handy man come and try to repair the drain, but he was unable to do this.
we were given a new room which was a long way from the lift although it did have a king size bed and the room was slightly larger. the next morning we noticed that there were tiny ants all over the table near the tv. i again phoned reception and they came with some fly spray, which seemed to fix the problem. however, the next morning again we were invaded by ants all over the table. the hotel then sent someone who had a large can of spray and a hose, who sprayed everywhere on the table and on the wall, this made the hotel room smell of chemicals and it was fortunate that we were going out the whole day, when we returned the smell had disappeared.
the breakfast was nice and the coffee was fantastic
the service was pleasant,and they always had a smile. i have to say that when i did phone the reception with a problem they were there within 5 minutes to help and were very courteous and and they did they best to solve the problem. although we had a few issues with blocked drains in the bathroom and ants. the service was good, the location was great, very near the shops and i would stay here again.

i will be going back to the oasis lagoon ,we really enjoyed our holiday here restraunts and bars right on the door step , and i also felt really safe in sanur to walk about after dark , cant stress enough how much we enjoyed our trip and are planning on going back in another month or so cant wait .
Nightlife Tip:
although sanur is not a real nightlife resort may i suggest a few drinks in Bali pub staff are so friendly and make you feel as though part of the furniture and also the landlord william makes a pretty mean french onion soup too , infact the food in the pub was good all round .

we had a lagoon room which we thoroughly enjoyed. it provided a comfortable, relatively private access to the smallish but well deligned and maintained lagoon pool. the staff were very friendly and helpful througout out 4 day stay in sanur. excellent location next to hardy's department store and access to a miriad of eateries in the precinct.
hotel resterant offered limited menus but an excellent buffet breakfast.

Lovely hotel, new and cool design. Near from reataurants, shops, and beach (not beach front). Lovely pool, some have a private access to the room. The room is clean with comfortable bed. The price is avarage. The food is not that good, but hey you're in bali, you won't spent all day at the hotel :), there's italian restaurant near by that have really great food ;) . I'm enjoying my stay at this hotel very much. If i'm gonna stay at sanur area, this hotel's perfect for me :)

this is a new hotel which was excellent value for money. if you want to satisfy the shopping bug before you go stay on the beach this is the place to be. its probably not the place to be if you want to lay on a beach for most of the day.the rooms are clean and the staff were great. breakfast is great so make sure you get it included in the cost of the room. try and get a poolside room on any level.
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurants directly opposite and next to are expensive and you have to pay for wifi access. Just walk about 50 meters to the right or left for better quality and cheaper food with free wifi access.
