With so many nice hotels in Bali, why stay here?

We booked a lagoon access room. Several days prior to our arrival we phoned the hotel to arrange airport pickup. We provided date, time, flight number and contact number and we were informed of the price to which we agreed. We were advised that the hotel driver would meet us with a hotel sign with our name showing. Upon arrival there was no driver. We searched other areas of the airport before finally phoning the hotel. There was utter confusion with the hotel staff regarding these arrangements. Finally they suggested we should take a taxi and essentially said that we should be grateful since a taxi to the hotel is cheaper than their pickup service! Upon arrival there were no apologies or explanations. We were given probably the worst lagoon access room with a nice view of a concrete wall. We were also adjacent to a walkway to another section of the hotel. People walking over the walkway had direct views into our room. Breakfast is ok but with very little in the way of western choices. The lagoon access was nice but the pool is not great. There are many nice restaurants nearby. There are several other hotels nearby which are far better value than Oasis Lagoon.

Great Location, beautiful and clean hotel
just near Supermarket, walk to the Beach around 5 minuts, good food, very clean and beautiful hotel

Service is very good in the hotel. Good and fresh food for the breakfast. Swimming pool is just out of the door. It is just next to the big supermarket in Sanur and the along the main street, there are many shops and restaurants.
This experience is great for our holiday.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Just walk around 5 minuts to the beach. Most beautiful sun rise in Sanur.

Fantastic location,hotel had best service
Location, service , staff very willing to make stay very comfortable.

The staff were excellent. Willing to help in every way.Loved the central location.Easy walk to the beach. Local food was great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Happy just to walk and shop. It was a short stay just for relaxing.Not alot of shops but the food and service was excellent.Beach was close enough to stroll down in the evening.

the hotel is very quiet. the service is really really good. and it is very convient to nice restaurant around.
but there is only deep swim pool, it is not suitable for some beginner for swimming.

Great room, Great pool and awesome breakfast
Breakfast and hotel design were the best features of the oasis

This hotel was absolutely lovely and made our stay in sanur extremely enjoyable. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful and helped us make phone calls. The pool is beautiful and the design of the hotel is just lovely. The room was clean, shower was great and wi-fi in-room was pretty good.

this hotel is jaw dropping. it is so beautifully designed. my partner and i just loved it. we got a room that gave us direct entry to the pool which was great. the rooms are spotless and spacious, the staff are so so friendly and the breakfast was great too. i'm not too familiar with the sanur area but it seemed to be in a good spot, with lots of shops and restaurants near by. the only negative is that we had to leave!! next time i'll deffinately book a longer stay there
Hotel Feature Tip:
Ask for one of the rooms with direct pool access and preferably at the front half of the hotel because if you like to sun bake these rooms get all the sun :)

Great service and nice hotels

Its a brand new hotel, which has comfort, modern and minimalist style.. perfect for young couple, its also stand beside supermarket which give us many things to buy

Lovely Hotel but, small rooms

Oasis Lagoon is a good hotel and I enjoyed my 3 day stay there. The staff were excellent and I enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast.
My room was not in a good spot and the view was ordinary however despite the room being very small, I did enjoy my time. If I had been stayimng longer I would have requested a room change. The balcony was elevated and very small, it also and faced a frequently used walk thru.
Its location on Jl Danau Tamblingan was good and with Hardy's store next door it was very convenient to buy goods.

Hotel was impressive and in great location
Staff very efficient and friendly

My stay was very relaxing. We had a family get together
and at different time there were eleven of us and everyone
agreed they would stay there again. The breakfast buffet
was plentiful and anyone who complains would be hard to please.
