We have 2 rooms for 3 nights in this hotel, rooms are clean,nice swimming pool and staffs are helpful. Location is near to the airport and also easy to get the Kuta town.

the room is big and comfortable. we enjoy staying there and swim every night after come back from day trip. anyway, we were quite disappointed with the spa services there. the therapists are not enough and time is limited. the operating time is only from 9am to 9 pm where most of us are visiting outside the hotel.
Travel tip:
The hotel is quite far from the main road. Unless u have transportation, else it is quite inconvinience to go out at night time.

The environment of the hotel is very nice based on nature setup, good for couple who preferred privacy

The Radiant Hotel has nice room and a nice pool. However, the place is slightly remote from the town centre. Hence, it is good for couple who prefer privacy and spend more time in the resort, instead of venturing around the town

Great Hotel, really friendly staff, always willing to help.
Breakfast in the morning was good.
Room was tidy & housekeeping did an excellent job.
Will definitely go back.
Nice to have 2 pools to choose from.
Free shuttle to airport & shopping mall is also handy.
A bumpy & pot holed road is the only downside to this wonderful place.
Nice & quite away from the direct hustle & bustle of Kuta.

This is a nice hotel for an overnight stay , while in transit. It is a little out of the way to walk anywhere, so must catch taxi. However shuttle bus was good. In summary a nice overnight hotel
