The hotel does not charge children under 12 years of age if they are staying in a room occupied by parents and using the existing bedding. This is limited to one child per family, however, and additional fees will be charged should parents require a rollaway bed or cot.

For children 3 years and below, breakfast is complimentary. For children between the ages of 3 and 12 breakfast is charged but at a special children’s rate, while those above 12 years of age are charged the same rate as an adult.

Groups Australia, April 10, 2013	Overpriced Comfortable bed, Nice gardens & Free shuttle to Kuta & Seminyak 6.7 I would rate this as fair given when I arrived my taxi off loaded my suitcases and I then had to carry them myself to the reception while staff looked on, not a good start to my stay given this is supposed to be 5 star. Then on checking in I waited 20 minutes for a porter to come and take my luggage to my room, I had to prompt the reception to make sure they were in fact coming to collect my luggage (without the prompt I would still be waiting) - I was not impressed by this wait. I have had a DVD player in my room at much cheaper hotels and did miss this service.
