Sensational 5-star hotel right on the beach
Hotel facilities were sensational, and on-site restaurants were good.

wow, what a place. huge, and you literally wouldn't need to leave if you didn't want to. lots of things provided at the hotel, and even visiting displays, cooking, etc. on-site business centre with unlimited internet, sensational pool complex, and private villas if you want to splash out with the money. not cheap by any means, but still great value. we finished our holiday here, and it was a good choice.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This place has everything on-site or visiting, and you don't need to leave if you don't want to. I'd recommend you do leave and see more of the real Bali, but the features and facilities are sensational.

we very much enjoyed our stay at the royal beach seminyak and would definitely stay there again. location was great. staff were great, beautiful swimming pools and grounds, great rooms, very spacious, clean and stylish.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a fantastic restaurant just down the road on the beach called Chez Gado Gado. I have been 6 times and am impressed every time.

The room was disappointing given its price and 5 star rating - it smelled very musty - we couldn't work out if it was from the bathroom or the air conditioner. If we had been staying longer, we would have asked for a change of room as this smell made staying in the room unpleasant. The bedroom itself was fine - comfortable. The bathroom was dated with no ventilation system.
Restaurant Tip:
Gado Gado restaurant is right next door and serves tasty food with a beautiful beachside setting . Book a table for sunset.

Service was unbelievable. After ranting our frustration about the room request. Livia, the front office manager did everything to make our stay one of the best we had in Bali. Said that Royal Seminyak cares about every guest and she did exactly that. We were given the best lodging in the hotel to make sure we left Royal Seminyak with nothing but good reviews. The food at the restaurants was fantastic too. Villas in Seminyak are fabulous and clean. Well equiped too.
Restaurant Tip:
Food at the Restaurant was very good and the restaurant called 'Gado Gado' across the road was equally good as well. would highly recommend them.

The hotel was nice, and clean but nothing special. Nothing especially memorable about it besides the staff. Location was very good, 5 min taxi to seminyak square, or a 10 min walk to beach restuarnts.

The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali is in a prime location right on the beach. Walking distance to many eateries which are more reasonably priced than the hotel. We loved this hotel but found the prices for eating/drinking very high.
However, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The best pool in Bali!!!
