Great hotel

This hotel has great villas with a huge bed (seemed like a double king size), enormous bathroom with separate shower/tub. It also has an outdoor shower. The villa has it's own patio area with a decent size swimming pool. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It has a beautiful main swimming pool overseeing the ocean. It includes several freebies: wifi, breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, shuttle service within the Nusa Dua area and minibar. The hotel is very, very clean!! The only thing we really didn't get to enjoy during our stay was the beach.
My husband and I enjoy snorkeling and the water was definitely not clear at all! You might want to look into another hotel if you want to swim in the hotels beach area. I also thought this hotel was located in the private area of Nusa Dua and it's not. The hotel surroundings are ok, but would have wanted to be in the nicer area of Nusa Dua. The hotel on it's own is fantastic, but would have been superb if in another location.
