Relaxing
Large clean rooms hotel is right on the beach and the staff are very friendly and helpful

This is a wonderfully relaxing place. Just fishing and lying on the beach and swimming in the pools. Lots of good food. Really a good way to unwind and get away from it all.

Very relaxing. Went out most days exploring by scooter to return to a peaceful pool and smiling staff. Lots to do ..or not.

greatly enjoyed staying at the tanis villas and would definitely stay here again. the only downside is the towels- they are constantly damp and therefore smelly- other than that was happy with everything!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very cheap to book through the hotel and they look after you well.

Friendly staff
Staff were friendly and really helpful and great location on the beach.

The hotel is situated on the quieter mushroom bay but there was a great choice of restaurants including the hotels own. The rooms were clean and well presented although we did have a problem with a lack of water in the bathroom but we were swiftly moved rooms without a fuss. There is a huge choice of activities including watersports and snorkeling trips.

a nice place to stay with a great location and friendly staff. the only drawbacks were no hotwater and our rooms weren`t cleaned and no bottle water supplied, something we had expected (as we had experienced everywhere else) for a hotel with these prices. check your transport details are accurate before travelling to lembongan as we were caught but a government declared travel 'quiet day' (simliar to nyepi but without any calendar based logic).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cheap, negotiable, motor scooter rentals available, even for just a couple of hours. Makes the whole island easily accessable.

Nice hotel but bathrooms need attention
Location was great, nice pools and fabulous staff
6.7
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Tanis Villas, we at first were placed in a two bedroom villa which was I must say rather run down, and had an outdoor bathroom that was in great need of repair. We requested a move to another 2 bed villa with indoor bathroom that looked much nicer than the first, only problem no hot water in this room and the drains are very smelly. Rooms were clean although beds not very comfortable. Overall the staff were amazing and we enjoyed the location and the pools
Restaurant Tip:
Make sure you visit the Beach Club at Sandy Bay- amazing location and delicious food

Nice wee gem
Lovely little villas, great price

Nice spot out of the way. Helpful staff will help you with scooter hire, snorkling tours or whatever you require.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire scooters from the hotel, not the dodgy bloke down the beach

Quiet property, large room
2 pools, beachfront location

This resort is tucked in behind Mushroom Beach, with easy access to the sand straight out the front. There are 2 good pools (towels provided) and lovely grounds, with lots of places to sit and relax outdoors. Our room was one of the few up high with views, the bathroom was huge, though the hot water unreliable. There was a fridge with drinks at restaurant prices, including bottled water which had to be paid for. The restaurant was not cheap by Bali standards, and 10% was added. The breakfast that was included was poor, no fruit, one piece of toast with your eggs, one small cup of coffee/tea. Most people ordered from the menu and paid a lot more. Fortunately there are better restaurants nearby for other meals. Our aircon unit was quiet, but the bed had noisy wooden boards for support and creaked loudly everytime you moved.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can hire a motor bike from reception, about $7/day, $4/half day, petrol included.
