Nice hotel with friendly staff

Great staff and friendly service. Clean and bright room. Rooftop breakfast area is a good touch and offers a refreshing change from a standard hotel experience. Still within walking distance of several food and minimart, and easy to find transport to Seminyak area, so quite convenient location wise. Overall good value for money. Had a pleasant stay.

Was a nice stay in the Umalas. Was too lazy to hit the beach every day because of the relaxing environment there. The friendly staff try best to help in any kind and case. Might need some more education how to speed up some service but they have a lot of trainees there. Go ahead like that.

Overall it's good, no complaints other than the 2nd bathroom is too small.
Travel time with taxi to Legian area is 10-15 mins.
Restaurant Tip:
Around Seminyak, especially Oberoi.

Staff, service, great breakfasts, room comfort, overall an excellent hotel in a quieter area of Umalas.

I couldn't fault a thing. We had a 2 bedroom Penthouse suite (with its own Bali Hut on the roof) and found the level of comfort great and well worth the money. I would highly recommend this hotel, although if you don't have your own transport you will be getting cabs most of the time. There are still a few good Warungs (local restaurants)close by within easy walking distance and generally everything else is only 5 to 15 minutes by cab away anyway. The Breakfasts where excellent. The Hotel restaurant was well priced (for the standard of food given) and the staff (as in most of Bali) value their jobs and bend over backwards all the time. Rooms where cleaned immaculately and the large fridge and kitchen was a bonus. Will definitely be booking here again (this was my 31st trip to Bali and I have stayed many places....amongst the absolute best of them, although a first timer would probably need some assistance to get their bearings). No shopping for the girls nearby other than a few smaller shops and massage/spa places. A lovely, tranquil part of Umalas where you can still have rice-terrace and Palm tree views from the top floor).

New, Spacious & Clean Hotel
its clean, a new hotel and the layout is apartment like so you'll have sections inside the room such as kitchen, living room & bedroom

in 2 days I stay less than 5 hours in the hotel. Overall it was nice but as I said, not suitable for a business traveller
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Its actually close to Seminyak Area where you can find most upscale nightlife in Bali, but make sure you rent a car or motorbike as the hotel locations is nowhere near mainstreet.

全部で４日間のステイでした。朝ご飯は毎日同じだし、とてもシンプルだったので飽きましたが、インテリアも素敵で、まだ出来たばかりなので、とてもキレイで快適でした。
スタッフはみんなとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。この価格ではとても満足のいくホテルだと思います。場所も不便かと思っていましたが、どこにでも出やすく、実は便利に感じました。
