For two room suite ,its only have one toilet in it.Four person have to take turns to use the toilet.
The wifi line is poor in hotel room.you have to go to the reception to get a better connection with the wifi.
Location is too far from airport,you have to pass by the traffic jam town of Kuta before you reach the hotel.

We stayed one week with our two children (2 + 4) and we all loved it! The hotel is roughly 20 minutes out of the busy Bali life. If you want ot buy nibblies and beer, there are a couple of spots down the road, but you need to go to the more central shops for more. The pool was great, not too deep. The hotel was quiet and clean. The spa offered fantastic packages for tired and sore backs.
We even had the use of a lovely and experienced nanny while we went out for one night at the hotel's roof-top restaurant.The rates are very cheap ($7AUD/hr) and the nanny had children of her own and very lovely but firm.
The restaurant offers limited food - although very yummy. Drinks are a $$ killer in Bali. While food is cheap, if you don't want to get sick with Bali belly and drink only bottled drinks etc, you end up spending more than the total food for everyone in drinks. Otherwise, we highly recommend their breakfasts. You get a very good feel of their culture and cuisine.
The appartments are all new but could use a little more maintenance as the materials used are not climate friendly.
There was an air-conditioner in every single room and there was a TV in the kids' bedroom too which made for a relaxing trip.
You can book trips through the front desk, although they do not speak English very well at the front desk.
I also advise if you want an airport transfer, that you contact the hotel direclty as they didn't receive our booking for the aiport transfer and were stuck a while at the airport figuring this out.
We would cerainly choose this hotel again for our stay. Cheap, out of the way and safe and lovely!

i stayed at this hotel for 3 days/2 nights with my family and maid, so booked 2 rooms. rooms where well equipped and also included microwave. all rooms overlooked the nice pool and also has nice roof garden. i liked the location as not in the busy areas of kuta or seminyak. easy to get a taxi from the hotel and never had to wait longer than 5mins for them to arrive. everything was good for our stay, except the food was not very good. there is so many good restaurants around bali, of all styles, so never a problem for finding what you want for your budget.
Shopping Tip:
hire a motorbike for 50k rupiah per day is the easiest way to get around Bali.

Great location away from the busy streets of Kuta

Bali is better enjoyed by staying outside of the busy and more tourist areas in Kuta. The hotel was very clean and had very friendly staff. The location had easy access to places like Seminyak, and we never waited more than 5 mins for a taxi. Definitely, will stay at this hotel again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Rent a motorbike if you're confident to ride a bike, otherwise use taxi's.

we stayed here for 8 days, the staff where very friendly, and rooms nice and tidy, did find the beds very hard though. this is our first trip to bali, so was not sure what to expect, the hotel was a little far away from the action (this is what we initially wanted), couldn't just stoll down the street for a nosey. breakfast was ok (but not hot enough), eggs where excellent, meals where average. the staff though, so very helpful and friendly. the spa was very good too.

Travelling with three young children needs a large room, and that's what we got when we arrived. It's over my expectation. The staff is helpfull and accomodative. The minus point of this place are the breakfast which in my opinion is below par and the wifi facility which is very poor especially when you stay in 3rd floor.

location is very close to major restaurants and shops (only 10 minutes away from restaurants and shops and 15mins from beach front by car)
the only complaint i have is the bathroom. having a 2 bedroom should also come with 2 bathrooms, but in our case we only had 1 bathroom.

Whilst the hotel offers a homely feel with the presence of a group of friendly and helpful staff, it is more suited for couples who demand more privacy and are contented to laze around by the pool and take things slowly in Bali. Children tend to lose interest easily as there aren't many facilities around to excite them with.
Breakfast spread is not exactly impressive. Lacks variety and quality.
Location a little remote but hotel assists with taxi bookings efficiently. The presence of a Mart near the hotel helps tremendously.
