good location which is very near to the legian street, room not too bad the lift is a little too slow and old basically i consider it's a good stay in vilarisi hotel, hotel staff is friendly too. Breakfast is not too bad, toilet a little bit old. Oh, my room doesn't have a safe box, i think others do.

Reasonable price, friendly staff,walking distance to the beach and Legian Art Market, the room is spacious and clean Lift is quite slow, toilet is smelly esp at night Overall this hotel is great! I'll definately stay in this hotel again and recommend to my friends

Clean environment and good restaurant. Swimming pool is very small and not sunny.
Suite was only one bigger room, not 2 rooms.
Hotell rooms are not safety, couple times we noticed that our baggages has searched and items has moved their places from bag to another bag!
Also couple items disappeared from room, but according to hotell staff it is not possible to enter room.
Not suitable for people who dont want that someone enter their room when you are away. Swimming pool is very small and not sunny.

the location was ok and the hotel was quiet. I don't think the hotel was very good value for money, breakfast is the same every day and very very simple, the rooms are old and the staff are not that helpful I have stayed in a few hotels in Bali before and at this price level I have stayed at better places. Its not the worst hotel I have stayed at but I was a bit disappointed with the rooms and the breakfast is very boring eggs and toast every day... The staff were not that helpful either and the hotel is a good 10 min walk to the beach. There are a few bars and restaurants around but its at least a 15 - 20 walk to the main heart of Kuta.
Hotel Feature Tip : The spa in the hotel is quite good.

- free 10min trial massage although the hotel looks nice from the outside, the rooms are old and somewhat dirty (but bearable). We stayed at this hotel fro two nights. Although this hotel is not a luxurious hotel, the stay was very confortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful; some of them remembered our faces. The restaurant in the hotel, where we had breakfast every morning and dinner once, has nice outside tables. Even though the hotel looks old, the entrance and the lobby areas are decorated with nice pieces of furnitures and sculptures. If this was also true with individual guest rooms, this hotel would be much better. But the rooms is good enough if you spend most of the day outside of the hotel.

The hotel was clean, friendly, and simple. It was the perfect setting as a base to enjoy the great attractions Bali had to offer. The hotel was perfect for us a couple traveling to Bali for the first time and we will stay there again. The pool was lovely, the breakfast was simple but perfect to start the day. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Very close to food, stalls and transport was always very easy to access.

Close proximity to restaurants and markets. Old and tired needs to be upgraded, no hot water in hand basin, breakfast not satisfactory. The Vilarisi Hotel is very old and does not have all of the basics. Hotel staff friendly.

it was a good plce to stay for a few nights. If it would be a little bit more cheap it would not be a bad option fon short holydays in kuta

If you book through Agoda.com, on checking in you do not have to pay a deposit which is a plus point. Our room toilet ceiling leaking. Should provide bath foam/shampoo in dispenser rather than bar of soap/packet shampoo only. Vilarisi Hotel is a 4-story hotel with a beautiful wooden entrance, something unique. There is a 24hrs' sotre where you can buy yr minineral water and tit-bits. We book a family room, spacious and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor hwere the balcony looks down to the pool. At 6 am from the balcony you can capture the beautiful morning sunrise, moon and stars. If you are an early riser, there is a beautiful roof-top garden with lazy charis onthe 5th floor of the hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Can collect varities of brochurs with good offers from airport.
Must see: Tanah Lot Temple, Kintamani Volcano and Jimbaran for seafood dinner and enjoying sunset at the same time. Kuta Beach near Discovery Mall for the beaatiful sunset too.

Price was Cheap & just a short walk to the centre of Legian. Rooms were a little drab - shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. The Vilarisi Hotel in Legian, Bali is a nice hotel & good value for money. For the price it was all you could expect. Breakfast was included & was a good variety of fresh fruit, noodles, greens & potatoes. On top of that you can order eggs however you like them with bacon or sausage.
We found the staff to be friendly & helpful & the facilities of the Hotel to be well kept. We had 2 rooms in our party & each were the same, clean & tidy with good strong, hot shower, though the room itself was a little drab to look at on entry. The pool was well kept, though no garden or grassed area surrounding it & generally shaded by the Hotel itself all day. The rooftop garden was a pleasant place to rest with a beer in the afternoon before heading out. For a budget Hotel The Vilarisi is adequate & fits the bill. It was quite popular with the Japanese & European tourists whose Dollar would have been much stronger than the Australian Dollar & so, much cheaper accommodation to them.
Nightlife Tip : Great bars & food nearby in Jalan Melasti & Garlick Lane. A very short walk, with good local Bands on & always a chance to sing with the band if like.

Clean and nice staff performance. Roof Top is great for sight seeing and SPA. Lift is scary, hotel is a bit noisy in the morning and need painting and lighting for some floor. For budget hotel, Vilarisi is a good hotel as they have a roof top garden to be able to view Bali from above and experianced sunsets there.
But the hotel seems quite old, need renovation and painting for some floor. Especially urgently fixed the lift as it is so weak and can nit used for ground floor.
Overall it is a worthed budget hotel.
Shopping Tip : Easy to find from this hotel area, only need to walk 5 min to reach various shopping place

close to shops and restaurants. Five minutes drive to centre of Kuta's tourist area. Most of the staff do not seem to understand English, even for simple questions, such as where I can buy DVDs. We stayed in a Family room with two beds. The room is spacious. The hotel lobby area looks nice. The restaurant food is quite good and reasonably priced, but breakfast is very limited.
The room appears to be dirty when we first arrived. We even found a rat dropping on our bed. The linens are greyish colour (used to be white).
There is a swimming pool, but it appears to be dirty as well. During our stay I did not see anyone cleaned the pool.
If you have a family, it would be better for you to stay close to Kuta square or Jl. Kartika Plaza. This area has so many good restaurants and large department stores. We moved to Febris after two nights which is located on JL Kartika Plaza.
When I asked the price for transport to the aiport from the hotel, I was told it would be 150,000 rps. I booked a car at Febris for 50,000.

nice clean room. good breakfast. nice pool. close to the heart of the city some hen nearby woke me up early My stay at Vilarisi was very good value for the money I paid for the room. The hotel is located in the heart of the Kuta where you can easily find everything you need within walking distance from the hotel. If you like busy streets then you will enjoy it here. If you're looking for a quiet hotel then you will need someone where else. I found the staff to at the front desk, at the restaurant and in housekeeping were very friendly.
