Location was a little tricky to find but near to major road such as sunset road. A little disappointed on the ac when we checked in to the room. AC was running hot air. Maintainance came shortly and AC got cooler after a while. Limited breakfast menu choices. But we received warm and caring attention from staff. We were sheltered by an umbrella as it was heavy downpour at night when we arrived at the hotel. A little gesture means a million thought. We would love to return to this hotel on our next visit to Bali.

Although we got one of the two "less nice" rooms there, we loved it! Pool view, nice room with a small minibar, such a friendly staff who understood english - they really wanted to make our stay comfortable.
As we've been to Bali many times, we drive motorbike and therfor love the location; between Kuta and Seminyak, close to the main roads, but also quiet and close to the river.
I saw that it's also possible to have your own villas in "behind" for a bit more privacy - must be perfect for a family vacation.

First I booked a standard, but it was too noisy, because had the central air con next door, so I change to a deluxe, but this one had the air con. very noisy too, the bathroom had bad smell, but overall it was ok for the price, in fron of the pool, the internet conection is bad sometimes. (last day was down).

villa diana looks to be a very private villa with good privacy. the location is closed to local amenities which i favor most. the staff is helpful and cheerful. rooms is acceptable and clean. if they could install more lighting in the bathroom, it will be marvelous.

It's my 2nd time stay at Villa Diana, always love to stay here... cause the location is quite near seminyak which famous with a lot nice restaurant.
The staff also nice and helpful..
But what i love the most is the 1st floor room (Deluxe Type), cause the pool is straightly in front of your room.. a very clean room and loveable bathroom.
The bed is quite large,so it so spacy for family with children.
Recommended!
