Firstly the staff here was so great. You can absolutely feel so special.
One concern is there are many bags in villa, and this villa provided us bag killers however it is not enough, so you should prepare by yourself too.

Nice villa... with warm hospitality

This is a very nice place to bring group of family or even for honeymoon. The restaurant offer great variety of food and the spa also offer great service for my family. We even arranged for a pickup at the airport and they provide us with a comfortable ride. You may have to pay for it but after a long journey in the flight we prefer for it rather than taking the local taxi.
The room is well maintain with all facilities in good working condition. With the free WiFi we find it easier to get in-touch with others. If you want a quiet vacation you can just off it :).
The concept of an open dining area and living hall is good. All of us gathered for breakfast, watching TV, etc... instead of sitting in the room. It's a great family bonding experience :)
The only issue we had there were lots of frogs in the area. At one point we forgot to close the room door and one of it entered our room :). Also, since it's an living hall, watch out with some mosquitos at night :)
Shopping Tip:
If you looking for some local stuf (handicraft, bag, shirt, etc...) near the villa there is a local shopping mall called 'Krisna'. The Villa even can arrange for delivery to that place. That place is way cheaper than other tourist area.

I was all planned for this honeymoon trip but unfortunately things did not went my way and i did not manage to go for the trip. I sent an email to Agoda and even though it was non-refundable, they reviewed my case and offered me half refund. Thanks alot for the crews and members of Agoda for having this personal touch and sympathizing me on my encounters... Thanks Agoda...

When we arrived at the lobby, we were surprised with how simple and un-fancy it was. We were expecting to be disappointed with the villa, just by the way the lobby looked. However when we were taken to our villa, we were very pleasently surprised. It felt like we were on our own property. It was quite big and the seperate kitchen, dining, lounge and bedroom really made it feel like we were in our own home. the pool is great. Only downside is the bathroom - it is an open style bathroom which means that it is filled with mosquitos, very hot and humid and lighting is very poor in there. Also the breakfast menu is quite boring and some of the things we ordered were stale and simply re-heated. Otherwise the location and staff were absolutely faultless. there are only about 12 villas on the property so its quite private. Its a short stroll to the heart of the shopping area of Seminyak. Its about a 10 minute drive to the beach. Another tip - the hotel charged us $20 to pick us up from the airport however if we took a private taxi, it would have only been around $8 maximum.

the location of the hotel is pretty close to the town. we love the environment and the service indeed. but the mosquitoes are too many and we were bitten by it many times. the SPA is very good which really helps to relax so much. will definitely be there next time.

we loved the privacy of the villa. it was very quite' the gardens are well kept. we loved the private pool and being able to cook in a wonderful open air kitchen. all in all we had a great experience there, we would highly recommend it to our friends. top class.

we had one of the ‘newer’ villas - perfectly spaced with furniture. staff were very attentive and the extra service in the evenings of ensuring mossie coils were lit and insect sprays were carried out. food at the restaurant was good, but all in, the service surpassed expectations. location is just a short cab ride away from popular haunts of la lucciola, sarong, metis and ku de ta.
