boutique villa was quite cool, room size is big, clean & serve very nice breakfast. villa may be abit deep in, but is still easy to access by car or bike. price is reasonable & staffs are very friendly.

Great villa, location too far in

the hotel is located along a narrow street with many other resorts. excellent food at the art cafe, clean room and pool. need to arrange for transport ie taxi to get in and out or else it's a good 15 mins walk to the main street.

Quiet & relaxing resort

overall, it's a fantastic villa to stay. quiet, cozy, relaxing, warmth & helpful staffs. certainly worth the price. however, from the resort to the main street would takes quite awhile by walking. and most of the cab drivers were not familiar with the route to the resort, some didn't even know the place. lot of mosquitos, but the resort takes the initiative to settle the pest issues.

If you are booking for 2Bedroom Pool Villa, remember to opt for Room 6 intead of 5, because it looks spacious.
It's only a 5mins walk from Villa to beach.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

True Villa Experience at a Great Location and Rate

good points:
as they just have 9 villas, they have very nicely maintained the place
the common pool and open bathroom is quite nice
location is bang on with beach and market at 5 mins distance
staff is awesome, promptly responds to all the issues
not so good points:
mosquitoes, which is common in bali, villas are fully equiped with coil and baygon but they still sneak in
aircon in villa kawi makes a lot of noise and the voice of it comes to the bedroom through open bathroom which annoys at times
some more vegetarian options in breakfast would really make a difference for people like us
not all the villas are same, villa merapi is the best than kawi and than bromo....
Restaurant Tip:
Carlize Restaurant just before Saminyak Square serves awesome food at a reasonable rate...must try friend rice and pizza there...pizza was even better than Domino's....

hotel is very clean,quiet and comfortable but many mosquito.
enjoyed my trip and the environment over there.
Nightlife Tip:
is very nearby to the pub and some restaurant.
no need to worry at night u will be bored.

Balinase hidden villa
pools and roofless bathroom

lovely and relax balinase villa to stay. great and friendly staff. free wifi and the connection is great. pools shared with two others villa, just a doorstep at the outside bar and have a really nice view. they provide mosquito repellent which is so touching i love the roofless shower area. breakfast is delicious too however the floor is a little bit dusty. a welcome drink provided will be perfect overall it is great.

spent few days with famliy with an infant, it was in great location and the villa is within a clean small private pool. the bed sheet and the duver cover aints that clean once we have got there at the first night and they changed it for the next day. the hotel's style is quite bali , very balienese style , pretty relax. the food is okie too
Nightlife Tip:
Just 3 minutes away from the town center, there are lots clubs and restaurants nearby

Nice hotel with not bad location for Seminyak
Nice one bedroom villa with pool

quite a nice 1 bedroom villa that was quite comfortable. the ac in our room was quite noisy. our unit (#3) had a nice outside kitchen area with a fridge fully stocked with cold bintang. the outside bathroom is nice. breakfast in the art cafe was good. our only problem was related to the pool. we understood that the pool was for the use of the units inside the gated area (2, 3 and 4) but we were surprised one day to see other people sitting in our outside patio. we later found out that the occupants of other units in the hotel can also use the pool. the problem is that with the outside mini bar in our patio area and because the pool area is in a small, private gated area there is nothing to stop someone to helping themselves to the contents of the mini bar etc.
